I was initially hesitant to go to Schneidermans as they have a rep for being more expensive. We went to Schneidermans, HOM and a few other stores looking for new couches. The customer service at HOM made me want to throw up. The sales person we had at Schneidermans was helpful, patient and not pushy. It was great. When we had a mistake when our order was delivered (our fault, not theirs) both the Sales Rep and management went above and beyond to correct it at their cost. I will always head here first for future needs

I visited mid day on a weekday, about 2 weeks ago. I think I was the only customer in the store. I was greeted near the door, and the lady walked me to the area where the items were that I was interested in, then she went to sit down behind the counter with the rest of the employees. She really did not seem interested in helping me. When I had a question I had to shout over to her, and she shouted her reply, not getting up from her chair. When I left, she didn’t even look up. I really didn’t feel welcome. I ended up buying my items at Hom. They had a better selection and we’re happy to help me.
