On Sunday September 13, 2015 I placed an online order to this store using the phone app. Their store website says that the store closes at 10pm (still says it) but when I arrived before 8pm the store was already closed. The store employees were still inside but refused to open the door for me and two other customers. On the next day, I decided to go in the morning to get a refund right before work but when I arrived at 8:30 am the store was closed, even though the hours say they open at 7am. I had to wait until after work to finally be able to talk to someone just to be told that because the order was placed the day before they couldnt give me my items or a refund, not even because this was not my fault. All of this was just a waste of my time.
