The Taco chain stretches from San Diego to NYC. I recall — while visiting the left coast, droves of beach goers piling into open back JEEPS tearing out of the parking lot at days end to «Get their Bell on.» How peculiar — with some of the best taco spots so close at hand, one could swing a lizard around by the tail and easily hit two amazing taco stands. Licking the ground of the salt mines of Utah may provide a closer insight into the world of Sodium Chloric and the meat within the Bells burritos. Because this spot on Atlantic holds a very high regard for this chemical compound as a headache came upon me like a title wave, popping the mercury on my blood pressure meter. Not exactly the crème de LA crème of customer service representatives, my order was taken with all of the politeness as a drill instructor addressing a late sleeper. All bad.

Drive-thru– received fast, hot food-which is what you expect from a fast food joint.

One star for HORRIBLE customer service! I stopped here to get something to eat to on my way to my overnight shift at work. The guy taking my order was extremely dry and couldn’t care less. I barely eat from Taco Bell so he was good at answering questions about the different product. I wanted to order something else so the manager came over with an attitude. I wanted the fiery taco and I said it three times and she kept saying they don’t have it. I said it again and she said«oh now you’re asking for the right taco». In my mind I was confused. I said it three times. She obviously wasn’t paying attention and had the rudest attitude. Why though? This is your job and plenty people will be happy to have a job. I don’t understand these people. She was so rude for no reason that I literally watched her make my food. Even the lady calling our number was so rude rolling her eyes and all this extra stuff. Overall HORRIBLE experience and HORRIBLE staff!!!

It’s not horrible but not a great Tacobell. Food and cashier fine. One problem is that the wait a little long. Lastly there needs to be at least two more workers, since when I go and it’s crowded there is only one cashier.

Sad to say it’s my only neighborhood taco bell, but the cashier was so rude and messed up my order after waiting 7−8minutes to try to address one of the busy employees to make my order right. They still got it wrong the manager had an attitude … Didn’t want to give me what I asked for unless I paid which I did … Rude manager rude employees this Taco Bell needs to do better!!!

Just your basic fast food chain restaurant. Being Taco Bell, during the late night hours the drive thru tends to be a bit of a wait, but besides that it is ok.

This Taco Bell sucks. Employees can’t understand or speak English and the soda machine in the lobby ruined my jersey and they refused to do anything about it. The manager marisol is the worst.

I’m just going to attach the email I wrote to corporate. Should tell you everything you need to know about eating here. It’s a better bet to visit a location farther away than eat here. Let me begin by stating that I love Taco Bell food and have felt this way my entire life. It has been my go to fast food choice for as long as I can remember. During my formative middle school years I would anxiously anticipate the final bell so I could stop for a crunchwrap on my way home. All that being said, one location has put a decade long love of your food in peril. The location in question is on the corner of 97th street and Atlantic avenue in Richmond hill NY. I have time and time again had problems with this location. It takes both hands to count how many times I have ordered steak in my XXL grilled stuft burrito and gotten beef. I’ve gotten less meat in two loaded grillers from here than I have from a single one from one of your other locations. This isn’t even a singular event, this happens consistently and it’s so frustrating because it’s the location closest to my house. Last night was the straw that broke the camel’s back though. I had been waiting a long time to try the doubledilla. I had heard great things and decided to take the plunge. So I went to this location and purchased it and was so sorely disappointed that I wrote this email. I couldn’t believe how little steak there was inside of it, so I did something that only a fanatic would do. I didn’t eat it and went and purchased a regular steak quesadilla. I took the old and new ones and unwrapped them and removed the steak and compared the two. I can’t say I wasn’t expecting this, but the amount of steak was almost exactly the same. If I wasn’t scrutinizing it so heavily I wouldn’t be ableto tell the difference. Aside from a two inch crust of plan tortilla without any filling, there is no discernible difference between the doubledilla and regular quesadilla. It’s not just me either. All of my friends that live in the neighborhood complain about how lousy the quality of the food at this branch is. If I have to get them to write in for Taco Bell to notice, so be it. If I have to take photos of the identical piles of steak to spur change, then I’ll whip out my camera. Obviously this isn’t a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, I’m just so tired of being so disappointed by something that once held such a special place in my heart. After last night, I refuse to go back to that location. I’d rather drive to Northern Boulevard than deal with the urge to write another message like this. I hope something gets done because it’s a shame to see one of the only affordable delicious options in the neighborhood flame out like this. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Regrettably yours-Mohammed Omar P. S. I can’t believe I wrote this heartfelt of a message about fast food. I need to go rethink my priorities.

Local Taco Bell. My go to spot for late night snacks. The place is clean & the food is always well prepared(no sloppy burritos). The staff is friendly, professional & patient as I look over the menu as if it’s my first time there.

No matter how many times I tell them I don’t want sour cream on my food, I almost always end up with it on at least one thing. I’ve learned to start checking before I drive all the way back home, but I usually end up having to pull over and either go inside, which defeats the whole purpose, or go back to the drive thru window if there’s no line, which there always is.

This is a great place, i come here with friends a lot and i always get a lot of food for my money’s worth. The neighborhood how ever is not too great and I do not feel that safe when I am in there. its good that they have an outside fountain drink machine because I get free refills. However, sometimes the soda’s are watery and low on syrup. The food portions are great and thats why I come back. They never mess up my order and the food is made fast. I do not think I’ve ever waited more that 6 or 7 minutes. It is also a good location because it is open late(just as many are advertised). I really like the outside tables as well and the parking lot there is very convenient. The place is not too clean sometimes. I hate sitting at a table with taco stains on it.

The only Taco Bell in the neighborhood. I’ve gone here for years. I don’t go as often as I used to but I can tell you that every time I order through the drive in, I have to double check the food… check that triple check! And forget about the sauces. I have to practically get out of my car and beg on my knees for one. Over the years, the quality of the food seems to have declined honestly. Maybe I’m just going at the wrong time of the day, which is usually after 10PM. But still, they aren’t what I remember them to be. I hope that they don’t up this trend because there aren’t too many others nearby.
