This is one of the most knowledgeable and passionate butchers that I know around the area. Number of employees? One — the owner, Gizmo. His selection of dry aged beef is beautiful and he has special ground beef done in the Old World way. He fabricates cuts right. He was nothing but super friendly, engaging, warm, and a joy to talk to. I really like that he has a point of view about meat and his experience and knowledge shows when talking shop. Why go to some mass chain or high-end national supermarket when you can have beautiful, local, aged, grass fed beef and pork butchered to order by your local butcher?(Especially when such people and business are harder and harder to find in this day and age)

I thought that the product and the customer service was very, very good. I don’t understand the negative reviews below… I appreciated the advice of a certified butcher with over 15 years experience. Time was spent boning and trimming a custom-dry aged rib roast and then tying it 8 times and cutting it into 4 steaks after I told him my wife was pregnant and I wanted to be able to cook to individual temperatures as opposed to doing a standing rib roast. Would recommend to anyone and will go back whenever I need a good piece of meat.

Excellent meat and knowledgeable in their craft. Terrible customer service, however — «Gizmo» was very condescending when I didn’t go with his preferred cooking method, stating I was wasting his time. He was thereafter unapologetic when I pointed this out as inordinate and rude.

So handy to have access to good meat. Eggs, milk, kim chee, sugarfree bacon, pork belly. one stop shop! They now have these beef/pork bar thingys(think epic bar but better) great for a meal on the run. I feel luck to have this stop ony way home from work.

This was our first visit to BB Ranch Butcher since they took over the location formerly operated by the now-defunct Bill the Butcher. What an improvement! Whereas the meat case was usually bare at Bill’s, BB Ranch has a full case of fresh meats: dry-aged steaks, pork chops & tenderloins, chicken, sausage, ground beef, stew meat, etc. You can also get your beef cut to order and some are already seasoned and ready for the grill! They have a charcuterie case with lots of cured meat options, sausages ans smoked bacon. They have a few grocery items like seasonings & sauces to accompany your meat purchases. They also have ready-to-eat dried & smoked sausages and jersey. Try the smoked sausage stick — we had the elk sausage stick, mesquite smoked and flavored with jalapeño & cheddar! Yum! BB Ranch is such a great addition to Woodinville! We brought home a thick, beautifully marbled bone-in ribeye for dinner. All we added was salt, pepper and a rub of fresh garlic before letting it come to room temp and searing medium rare on the grill. It tasted so good that I didn’t want to overpower the flavor with my sautéed mushrooms. The beef tasted too good on its own. One steak fed both my hubby and I plentifully! The price difference for local, organic, grass-fed, dry-aged beef was worth every penny! Don’t be cheap when buying steak. It’s all about that beef, that beef!

BB Ranch in Woodinville? What to the what! Super excited to have them here. Stopped in thinking it was Bills reopened after their recent fiasco to find it was BB Ranch! The guy behind the counter was friendly, pointed out their fridge of aged beef, yum! We ended up get pork chops, pork belly to make our own bacon, ground beef, pork loin and he threw in a small pork butt! All for $ 52, now that’s a bargain for excellent meat! Thanks for coming to the Woodhood BB Ranch, welcome!

This place was formerly Bill the Butcher(they still have the sign up). I just picked up some raw milk from there(they carry Dungeness Valley creamery milk)
