Dryer Vent Solutions serviced our Condo Building a few weeks ago. Wow — the dry time for my dryer is now super fast! They were quick, courteous, and I look forward to their next visit.

I’ve been using these guys for my annual dryer vent cleaning for 5 years now. They have been consistent with their service and customer service over the years. Highly recommend.

My condo association arranged for Dryer Vent Solutions to come and clean the vents on the outside of the buildings and gave us the number if we wanted to set up an appointment to have them come inside and clean from the inside as well.
I set up an appointment and the guy showed up right on time and was in and out within 10 minutes. Professional and courteous. I asked him if I could have information on a residential property and set up an appointment to have him come out to my parents house. Again the guy showed up right on time, cleaned the dryer vent both from the inside and outside. Both techs were informative and worked quickly.

Called several companies around for last couple weeks, but no one wanted to come out just for dryer vent cleaning. Therefore I found Dryer Vent Solutions and talked to a lady on Wednesday.
The customer service lady was very friendly and nice. I shared my concern and she was very patient and listened careful and then gave me some good advice. After that, she scheduled to come Friday between 11:00 Am ~ 1:00PM. She also mentioned who might be the technician. Someone would call 20 minutes before they came.
About half hour before the schedule time, Phil called. About 15 minutes after the conversation, he arrived. He introduced himself and took the shoes off outside without a request. Then he started to work on the dryer vent cleaning after I shared the concerns. He moved the dryer careful, squeezed himself into the space between the wall and dryer. Then he took parts off careful too. He cleaned everything well and replaced a new dryer pipe for us (which did not happen from last company we hired before and who charged us so much) and he said it was included in the service. I told Phil that his service was much better than last company. When I asked some safety questions, he was very patient and gave very good advice.
The company and Phil are very professional and great service. The price is very reasonable too.
My family and I will surely recommend them to others.

There were some problems trying the schedule the appointment; but happy I persisted. Today, Dryer Vent Solutions sent Phil to assess our dryer vent. Phil is awesome. Not only did he move the dryer so I could clean under it, he also moved the washer. Took his shoes off before coming in, not that it mattered as we’re in the midst of a remodel — but it was thoughtful. Phil took before and after pictures and emailed them to me so husband could see work that was done in the crawl space. We opted to have our venting replaced with solid metal tubing. Can’t say enough good things about the work that Phil did. Will definitely use this company again and ask for Phil when the venting needs annual cleaning next year!

Ok– Phil is unbelievably helpful. Came out on short notice to clean and diagnose a possible leaking dryer vent. Took off his shoes without my asking (how nice) and was no fuss no muss to deal with. Very reasonably priced. He made me feel like he was only concerned for a good outcome for me. Refreshing to have a service person who was so service oriented. Highly recommended.

Dryer Vent Solutions did a great job cleaning out the lint hose of our dryer!
Our dryer is on the 3^rd floor of our townhouse and squeezed into a very small closet. Phil wasn’t phased, he pushed the dryer to one side and squeezed himself between the dryer and wall to clean the hose.
They were on time, very well priced and very professional. Other quotes I received were more then $ 50 higher and I would have had to wait weeks for an appointment.
I would recommend them as well as use them again.

We bought a new construction home in 2007 and recently found out our dryer vent to the outside had bover covered during the construction of our home. Once we found the problem we called dryer vent solutions and had them come out to cut a hole to the outside & put in the vent. We also had the ducting & vents cleaned out while they were here. They were well priced and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

My dryer works again and I am so so happy! They were willing to come the same day I called — but I didn’t have time in my schedule until the next day. Phil was on time and super knowledgeable about all the issues. I fully expected issues like my utility closet was too tight to get to the vent, or my roof was too steep to access. But Phil had it all covered. I live in a townhouse, and he even took care of my neighbor’s blocked vent. Awesome job.
