Rc Painting

Extremely disappointed. I was overcharged for a sub-​par job. Would recommend against. Specific complaints in order of importance:
* Price was 1.5x that of alternative estimate, but I thought I was paying for quality
* Prep work (pressure washing) was not done despite discussion during proposal and request day of.
* Large portions of peeling/​bubbling paint and exposed wood after the paint job
* Did come out again to correct after my compliant, but missed a bunch of spots.
* Suggested that obviously fresh exposed wood was rotted, and that I had other huge swaths of rotted boards that need to be replaced. No mention of these rotted boards on inspection, paint day, or first cleanup. Only after I said that they still did a spotty job did my house suddenly become an unfixable derelict
* Would not stand by work; proposed that I personally fix the spots they consistently missed
* Communication often lagged for weeks, and was randomized between me and my husband
* It took over 2 months for them to finally come out after every detail was locked (and 3 months to lock those details)
* Mediocre clean up job; peeled paint all over my driveway
* Constantly left my gate open (dogs escaped when I came home and let them out)

This was a horrible experience! They were hired to paint the exterior of our town homes and were moving along quite nicely until the last building where they painted the main building and have left the trim unpainted and over sprayed with the main building color and it has tape, plastic, paper sitting everywhere on the building for at minimum of 3 weeks. Their supplies such as ladders, tarps, buckets, tape, etc. has been left in the back yard, the flower/​bark beds. They moved my patio furniture onto the grass and left it there for a week until the landscapers had to move it out of the way to mow.
They have been contacted and from what I hear they have responded with something to the effect of we are busy and will get to the trim when we can.
Well, the weather is turning now and the buildings are wet so does this mean that they will paint it wet and have to come back because it will peel off quickly!?! Not to mention what all the plastic and tape and paper is doing to my roof and clogging my gutters because it is still hanging while it rains and flaps in the wind when it gets a little breezy.
In the beginning when it was going well I placed a call to see if they would give an estimate for an interior paint job in my home, had to leave a message and never received a return call.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. I would NOT recommend them at all! Take your business elsewhere!
