Dead Sea Cosmetic Store

Im usually very skeptical when it comes to «dead sea» products. I always dodge these people at the mall when they try to hound me. I was randomly in this shopping center and had a few minutes to kill while my mom was shopping. I randomly strolled in and started looking around. I have very bad acne and the lady suggested something that has worked better than all the rest of the crap ive tried before. Maybe its a stroke of luck, but who cares! A random stroll turned into a pot of gold for me! Yayy

Decided to stop by here while I was in the area and i’m glad I did! They have a great selection of products, friendly & helpful customer service, & super fast shipping! Sharona was very helpful in getting me everything I needed for my sensitive skin, I’m already impressed with the results in just a few days! I ordered a few different types of lotion for my gf… I’ve heard a lot about these type of products and wanted to show my gf that I know what’s up. I received the products as advertised and my gf actually uses them! Great scent! None of that stripper smelling stuff lol.

wow, I love these products. I have bought a few different items, (face cream, night cream and a peal) which have been great. I have used them and the I can see the difference in my skin. I had heard about the dead sea products but never used them until now, wow, wow, wow. I recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you Sharona for making a difference in my skin.

This company misrepresented the size of their product — Chiara face peeling soap. On the website there was an old picture (as we found out after I called them.) It showed a bigger size than was sent. I expected to receive a 250 mL bottle based on the picture. There was no indication that the picture was outdated. After I saw the bottles they sent, I checked the website to make sure of the size. First, there was no size in the description, so I called the company. Despite what the associate replying to this says, THERE WAS NO SIZE LISTED AT ALL (edited after reading her comment). After I called them and told them what happened, the description «magically» changed to include the size of 4 oz. They told me repeatedly «See, it says 4 oz.» I was very unhappy, but stopped talking to them. Then I noticed that the actual bottle said 50 mL — only 1.7 ounces. I emailed them and after they responded, I checked the website. Now it said 50 mL. It had changed from nothing, to 4 oz, to 50 mL — only after I called. I called again, but they refused to honor the original amount the customer service associate had directly told us. I payed for what I thought was two 250 mL (8.8 oz) bottles, and only received two 50 mL (1.7 oz) bottles. They would not acknowledge that I should have gotten the correctly sized bottles, and kept saying that the company did not make that size any more. But this was not on the website. On the website, it clearly was a larger bottle. There was nothing that suggested we were buying such a tiny amount. They falsely advertised the size, DIRECTLY stating the wrong, much larger amount in the description when we inquired. I payed $ 40 plus $ 12 shipping for something I maybe would have payed $ 20. They are not trustworthy and made us pay for their mistake.
