Liars liars liars. Do business elsewhere as I am a honest business person and trusted them and now I missing my deposits. Zero stars deserved
Just started, bought into everything of lower fees, but transactions are promised next day… Got all set up to have a great service and of course NO NEXT DAY FUNDING… Sales pitch I guess because no monies deposited… Going back to my no hassle, small fee, no headaches and for real next day funding at Wells Fargo. Headaches and loss of time and resources are not worth it…
6÷11÷16. Even tho I was again reassured that everything was handled I am still awaiting a deposit of thousands of dollars. Everyone. Do not use this company at all. They are lying thieves and dishonest. Go with Wells Fargo. Pay a little but you will have no headaches at all. Unlike here where the world is promised and nothing is true and you end up without your deposits.
Stay away. Go elsewhere.

I own a small business and we just installed a POS system. My employees couldn’t be happier with how easy it is to use and it’s been making my business run a lot smoother smoother. Not to mention, the rates are a lot lower than we were getting before. Highly recommended!

My business has been using imagine now for just over 1.5 years and as with any merchant, we have has a few small issues here and there it they are always quick to fix! I’ve since turned a few of my relatives on to the company who are now leveraging there services as well. Thank you IMS!

I am affiliated with a non-​profit organization that raises money for a local elementary school. This company has continued to debit the account for more than 1 year after the services were canceled and equipment was returned. After several emails and fraud claims through the bank, he continues to send billing statements and attempts to bill the account. These charges are not only aggregious, but fraudulent.

Thieves and Scammers. Their supposed representative, a Mr. Herzog will attach himself to your bank account, not perform any function and continue taking money from your account while performing no service what so ever. This company should be closed and Mr. Herzog should go to jail for fraud.

Working with a small business, it is essential to have people who truly care about your needs. Robert and Imagine Solutions have been wonderful. Our questions and phone calls are responded to in a timely manner. If we need any back statements, Robert sends them expeditiously. As with any business, saving time and money are very important. My small business runs on scheduled appointments and therefore I don’t have much free time and of course I like saving money. Especially on something like the utmost necessary things like merchant services. Working with Robert and Imagine Merchant Services has been a great way to do both of these things.
First of all, you can’t beat the price. And NOBODY (including «Square») provides the kind of excellent customer service, great rates and security that you will get from Imagine. Robert has always been thorough, fair and accountable. Even when I have what some might think are simple questions, he gets back to me with answers and solutions when needed.
I have given his name to people within my own clientele without any concern that the referral will come back to bite me. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I have the worst experience with Imagin Merchant. I signed up and the same day I cancels the service since it does not work for me. Even speaking and canceling with Robert he /​company continuously kept and keeps charging my account $ 30 per month and additional fees for I have no clue what about and they added a additional name of a person to my invoice that works in the same building with his own company. I am dealing now with my bank to dispute all charges and I hope this scam company will be STOPED for good!

Issues were fixed. But always check terms and details. IMAGINE is a rep for CPAY. CPAY had raised my promised rates without notice. Your statements have no detail as to what rates you are actually paying. Even the «detail» statement has no detail. IMAGINE the middleman was not attentive to my needs as a client, so why should they make $$ off my processing. But, I will say funds always made to my account and mobile swiper was plug and play.

maybe robert is a good person and such and maybe he is running a legit business. I dont know cause I haven’t really used it. he came in to my store set me up and TOLD me he would be back to check on me and set equipment up. But he never showed up.
companies technicians called me several times. but he never showed up. so I never used equipment or their services.
And they still keep charging me 20 bucks per month. so I called to cancel. and big surprise that is. the person on the phone (instead of being helpful) she said I couldnt cancel because they have 3 year agreement. She didnt even look at the contract. Then after she looked at contract, she changed her stance and said I can cancel, since i have month to month (a wise thing to do when you sign up with a merchant service). BUT I have to scan the paper send it in and only then it would serve as a 30 days cancellation notice.
and thats what annoys me the most. I never used service. I don’t want it. they charge me 20 monthly fee and they still make it hard to cancel. why would anyone want to trust their money with company like this??? Im emailing that letter for 30 days cancellation notice but Im very very annoyed.

I’ve had my merchant account with IMS for a few months. Robert my sales rep has been helpful until you want to cancel your account. Not only will you have to close your banking account because they don’t know how to stop auto pay. No matter what, fees will come out your account even months after you cancel. This company is the worst with customer service. Will not return calls. I had to do a stop payment until all my checks cleared and the random fees kept coming in. Robert could care less. Then they moved without informing their clients and the number has changed. Hopefully they went out of business. I had to open a whole new account. Use PayPal friends you don’t need a merchant.

Can you give a minus no stars. I have been waiting 3 days for an answer as to why my AMEX charges aren’t in our bank account. (From 9÷24÷13 Tech support is rude, and I’m about to call the better business bureau, I called the Regional Sales director and he wouldn’t even talk to me. The company apologizes profusely but still has not solved the issue. This service has been the biggest nightmare ever. I would rather pay more and have a service that works. Yesterday AMEX and I were on the phone for 1hr and 15 minutes and no issues solved.
