What incredible service, yet again! He is my hero. Three months after Nick worked on my MAC and laptop, and my husband’s multiple devices, I had a computer emergency. Somehow, when trying to find document files, I could no longer see the full name of the file, the date it was prepared or the subject matter. Nick got back to me promptly. He offered to tell me how to fix the problem or alternatively, told me how I could have him remotely view my computer and he could take care of the repair. By the way, did i say he was communicating with me at 10:15 p.m. after he finished a full day of work? I do not know anyone else who would accomodate a client at that time of night. Besides the fact that he is fabulous at what he does (he added memory three months ago, saving me from purchasing a new computer), he is consistent in his approach to customer service. Wish I could give him more than four stars.

Excellent service!
I had used Nick’s services already once a few years ago, and since I was pleased, I kept his contact information. I called him again today as I needed to setup a new laptop we just bought, and since we were at it, we needed to fine tune our other three computers. Nick took care of everything in a timely fashion, his rates were very reasonable and he went the extra mile to ensure we were 100% happy. We highly recommend Nick and look forward to having him work on our computers again should the need arise. He’s a super nice guy, to boot.

I am in computer heaven. Nick, of Nix Computer Fix, is willing to drive to Ventura County. My first time using him, and am beyond thrilled. First, he installed a new scanner. Then, he hooked up the new Mac laptop to all peripherals, linked it to the office iMac, and then worked on my very old iMac. On Nick’s recommendation, I will be adding memory to stop those swirling beach balls. Not only did Nick breeze through my lengthy «to do» list in less time than anticipated, he read my mind and did all sorts of other little tricks on both computers to make my life so much easier. Plus, he is a really nice guy and easy to work with. Just wish there were ten stars I could have given him. Five are not nearly enough.

Nick Weiss is one of the nicest and most competent computer fixers and I am very lucky to have found him a few years back. Today I had an issue with an AOL password on my desk top and Nick came and immediately took care of the problem. He did a PM on the desktop to increase the speed while he also checked my laptop and smart phone. Now I have a faster desk top and an AOL upgrade all do to Nick. Professional, courteous, fast and friendly! What else could you ask for when your computer is driving you nuts? Nick can do it all, from the innards to viruses to networks, etc. All of my friends use him, and I am intent on passing the word around. Hard to find someone this good and this honest!

Nixcomputerfix is the clear alternative to having those Geek Squad guys come and charge you an arm and a leg to do simple repairs and troubleshooting on your home or office computer. Nick Weiss is fast, honest, accomplished and super-​friendly — and he can rid your rig of viruses, set up wireless networks, install drives, anything to do with PC’s or Macs. I had him come to my house to set up a network and he was in and out in less than two hours. I highly recommend him for his work ethic, his reliability and his fair pricing! I turned my friends on to him and they were all happy too…
