Such a gem in the west valley! My ten year old just received a cut from Tracy today and I have to say my daughter was smiling from ear to ear. Did I mention, my daughter is very picky. We were actually down the street at Floyd’s to get a haircut but they were so busy and not very welcoming to us (we’ve been there before and they were very nice, so maybe an off day). So I went onto Unilocal and wallah, Ohm Salon came up. I’m so glad it did because we really lucked out last minute. I called and Tracy got us in immediately. She was very welcoming, down to earth, and talented. She knows her stuff! My daughter is still smiling from her haircut and her metro-​daddy told her how cute she was so now she is on cloud nine. Thank you Tracy and look forward to seeing you soon!

Don’t come here! And read the following. I walk in hoping I can get my hair styled without an appointment. Right when I come in no one approached me, and I had to start approaching people to find out who the owner was, it was a mess, once I found the owner she disrespectfully looked down on me and said «what do you want» at that point I was like I’m done and just said I would find a different place

Tracy is the best. This woman is not only a top-​notch stylist, but very down to earth and reliable. She took me in last minute to fix a bad haircut. I was devastated, sporting a hat because I came out of the last salon looking like my mother because my stylist said layers wouldn’t look good on me when really she wasn’t capable of doing my hair right. Tracy knew how to work with my super fine hair and I can’t wait to go back and get some color added.
She had already gone home for the day when my esthetician had beckoned her assistance on my behalf. However, she returned to the salon to do my hair which was a beautiful gesture. Her dog waited outside and her daughter helped out in the salon while she fixed my hair. I really appreciated that a stranger would go out of their way to help out like that; I am ever so grateful :)

Tracy Burns has been doing my hair for a long time. She really knows style, cut, color etc… She stays up with the latest skills and trends. For the past 6 mos. I have been participating in a infomercial study for some particular products. My hair needed to stay the same color and cut.
Tracy accomplished this and more. The producers and stylists on the infomercial that shot this past weekend again told me how much they love the style, cut and color. When I first came to her and was new to the area she was actually correcting some color issues and did a wonderful job that solve the problem in one visit and did not harm my hair. I cannot say enough positive things about Tracy and look forward to many more sessions with her. I highly recommend her for anyone with any color, cut, hair issues or for just getting the best styles to make you feel beautiful.

I am very particular about my hair. Tracy and AnnieRose were incredible. The atmosphere is serene, unlike most salons where stylists talk to each other and ignore the consumer. I now have regular appointments every 6 weeks!

So lucky to have stumbled across this salon. With a million salons in the valley, it really could get hard to find just the «right fit.» If you are looking for a one stop shop you have found your place. The place is beautiful and Tracy has managed to make this place a relaxing sanctuary.
I loved that they have their own little parking sports in front of the place. No need to run out to the meters. :)
Tracy knows what she is doing and strives to give you the best look. I love that she is realistic and goes over what you will be getting into during her consultation. She asked if I brought pictures in and I showed her something I was looking for, she told me what I could realistically expect. It’s better to go with a stylist that is honest and won’t just tell you whatever you want to hear just to earn your business. Instead, it’s better to have someone be truthful and tell you what would look good on you and what to expect. The balyage I received from Tracy made my hair go from dull to fabulous! :p Thanks again Tracy!

Tracy is the BEST! I have been following her around from salon to salon for the past 11 years, and I’m thrilled that she opened a salon 10 minutes from my house. Tracy is everything you could want in a stylist – passionate, skilled, and knowledgable, and a great person as well. I can trust her 100% to always recommend a great cut for my hair type, and she never disappoints. And the salon is really cute with easy parking as well.

Tracy started cutting and coloring my hair back in 2000-​ish. Her salon in Venice was a huge success, and I happy to see she moved to my ‘hood.

Really enjoyed meeting Tracy and just loved my haircut. She was unbelievably kind when I showed up a few minutes late, listened carefully and asked questions about what I wanted, and checked in to make sure I liked my hair each step of the way. Would highly recommend her.

Tracy is exceptional, and passionate about what she does — and it shows in her work. After one trip to her — I realized that most of my past experiences elsewhere were just having inches taken off my hair, or the color changed. With Tracy — its art. It’s work she takes pride in. It’s attention to detail, and it’s one of my favorite hair cuts ever.
I also loved the atmosphere and the way it was decorated. That may not be a big deal to others, but for me — it was a great package deal! Everything about my experience was great. I will most definitely be going back to Tracy. I have been looking for a go-​to stylist for two years! I think I found her.

Tracy is awesome!!! I never buy a groupon for my hair, but this time I did and am so happy I did!
I ve been with my same lady who does my highlights and color and cut for over 12 years, and she always surprised me with a new look every time and I absolutely loved it, thats why I never looked for a new stylist. But lately I felt her work was not as great as it used to be, maybe because of her old age… she was 65+. The last time I got a haircut from her, and she had to take a couple breaks! That left my hair so uneven and the ends looked like a tail. Was extremely disappointing.
So, to make the long story short, I was on groupon checking some vacation deals and came across Tracy’s deal for a haircut. Checked her perfect reviews on Unilocal,and bought it.
I saw her 2 days ago, and she greeted me with a warm smile. That was very comforting, because I was so nervous to try someone new. I explained her what was going on… she suggested I should cut the damaged ends. She did miracles on my hair. Her expertise, her skills and her vision is amazing. My new hairstyle is so great that I ve been getting compliments from everyone, something that I missed in so long. She is my new go– to person.

Went to this salon to get Balayage after seeing a $ 35 great deal on groupon. i am very thrilled to say my experience was very pleasant. Tracy was very kind and knowledgeable. she will answer all your questions and clear your doubts before putting color on u. even though i color my hair regular i have had very bad experiences in the past. but this time i had no complains. glad i found this place.

Bought a deal for the balayage highlights. So happy with the results. Tracy was great about asking what I was looking for and really delivered. She offered great tips and even trimmed my bangs up at no additional cost. I never do Unilocal reviews but the owner is great and the service is worth checking out!

Tracy is amazing! I came in on a Friday morning for balayage highlights and a cut. I’m usually really nervous when it comes to haircuts because of some traumatic experiences in the past, but Tracy was super cool and talked me through everything she was doing. She’s super fun to talk to and has a positive energy that’s simply contagious. I would definitely recommend Ohm Salon to anyone in the SFV that needs a great cut & color!!!

I visited this salon for the first time about a week ago to get balayage highlights. I have never colored my hair before (except for one regrettable experiment with a store-​bought highlighting kit many years ago), so I was a little nervous. Tracy was such a sweetheart! She took her time to find pictures of balayage on her phone, so she could better understand what I would like. She was careful, patient, and really took her time while she worked on my hair. She even offered to trim the hair around my face, free of charge, so that it would frame my face better. The salon itself is very adorable with unique touches that made it feel welcoming and relaxing. I also loved the music that was playing. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Tracy is AMAZING! She seriously took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She knew exactly what my hair needed in terms of layering, high lighting, etc. i used to go this really expensive salon on we ho, but I refused to spend that much money on my hair again haha. Tracy gave me exactly what I was looking for at a great price! ALSO SHE HAS OLAPLEX. So that really sold me. Book an appointment with her!

Tracy Burns, go see her! :) I recently moved to LA and have been having trouble finding a good hair stylist, and even prior to that, hadn’t been happy with my last few cuts and/​or color. Got a cut and color done by Tracy and I absolutely LOVE both the cut AND the color. I haven’t been this happy with a haircut in ages, so thank you, thank you Tracy! I’m so happy to finally have a hair stylist in the area that I can keep!

Great Haircut! Tracy is the consummate pro. She was extremely thorough, took her time, and did the job right. I told her that I had to see how my hair grew out before I could review, and now that it has, I can say that she did a masterful job. Truly the best haircut I’ve had in years. She has done a wonderful job on my 7 year old son’s hair as well. It’s great to have her in the neighborhood.
