Payless Shoesource

Usually I get good service at this location but I will no longer be shopping at this location. The staff member Antonio is unhelpful. I tried to exchange a pair of shoes as i was sold two different widths from a location that was further away from me. He told me I couldnt so I offered to buy ths correct size and return the other pair at the store I purchased at. He said ok but then told me he didnt have the width i needed even though online states he does. I left and called the original store and was told they could do the exchange. I went back in, found the shoes I needed in the correct width, and asked for corporates number. Thats when his attitude changed and he did the exchange. Dont waste your time here.

If you are looking for shoes and are on a low budget, then come here. It smells like a shoe factory inside. Parking lot has a lot of open spaces so you shouldn’t have a hard time finding parking. Located next to Target where they also sell shoes.

Great customer service and great prices!!! We went there after receiving poor treatment at the Topanga Mall location. We were greeted right away, and they helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Also, there is amply parking.

Great store! Clean inside and out. Luis was extremely polite and helpful. I had to do an exchange and he simply said wait here as he went and picked a couple of options. I made my decision and away I went.

Well, they’re certainly not Christian Louboutin’s, Jimmy Choo’s or Mahnolo Blahnik’s … but for the price, they’re not so bad. In fact, they have some pretty good sales to go with their already inexpensive shoes. As for the quality of the shoes, well, they get the job done, and some of their styles are cute and trendy. It’s nothing «great,» but it’s one of the places I shop for shoes, specifically this location. It’s close to my office. :) Like all shoe stores, it’s always an issue of whether or not they have my size, but all things considered, this particular Payless has my size most often. It’s also in the same parking lot as Target.
