Apparently I posted this on the Los Angeles Pinpoint leak detection account– my experience was with the Ventura County Pinpoint leak detection company, in Ventura county. I understand they have different owners. Sorry for any misunderstanding.

I use pinpoint and I always find them accurate helpful and fair. There isn’t anyone else in the business that I would call!

Dan did a great job. He spent 3 hours and finally was able to find the leak In my spa! He was very patient and diligent. He took the time to explain the entire process to me and his findings.

I had a gentleman by the name of Ryan come out and inspect my drain line. He determined that the cause of my problem was a root intrusion that was catching toilet paper and suggested that we have it hydro jetted out. When the plumber said it was broken and need to be dug up ASAP and it would be 10,000 $ dollars. Ryan was blessing and helped our family out tremendously.

Ryan came out and performed a leak detection in a pressurized plastic garden sprinkler line. He was nice enough and explained everything he was doing. The leak turned out to be under a slab of cement. His official report came via email at the end of the day and he recommended re-routing the pipe, which was one of the recommendations the plumber gave later. It cost $ 275 which I believe is on par with what other leak detection companies cost. If I had to have the same service done again, I would use them.
