Wow wow wow!!! I don’t even know where to begin. This might be the best dental/​medical office that I have ever been to. I was referred by a friend. Dr. Hoefke was so knowledgeable and friendly. He and his staff treated me and my husband like their own family member. His staff are professional, and they make you feel comfortable during your entire visit. I never thought I’d say this, but now I love going to the dentist;)

Dr. Hoefke is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. He took over the dentistry of my former dentist that retired and I have been coming back ever since. Going to the dentist is actually fun… it is like a family reunion when I go. I tell people at work that I «get» to go to the dentist. Who says that??? Me!!! I, too, have issues with Novacain not working and he knows it and deals with it appropriately, always checking before just assuming that all is okay. Always checks during the procedure to make sure you are okay. He even checks on you at home after a big procedure to make sure you are okay. I love him and his staff, just like family…

I finally found a good dentist! His experienced team took care of me well in a gentle and prompt manner, and seems to have worked together for many years. The doctor answered my questions about my issues and future care. He did not rush me out like some other dentists do. He does not seem to overbook his appointments, like my last dentist who had people in chairs and in the waiting room. They emailed me forms to fill out, so when I arrived, I knew how much was covered by my insurance. The office is clean and organized. I talked to another person who has been his patient for about 20 years!

Dr. Hoefke has been my dentist my entire life and I have never had a dental problem other than several cavities as a teenager.
My father is the biggest baby in the world — when it comes to visiting a dentist — and Dr. Hoefke is the only person he trusts within 6 feet of his mouth! He is a patient and gentle dentist.
The office staff is absolutely wonderful and kind. I have never waited for a scheduled appointment and the office is very clean and tidy.
I would recommend Dr. Hoefke for anyone in need of a gentle dentist. He is also great with kids! I would know — I went to him as a child. I will keep going back as long as he is practicing!

My standards when it comes to a dentist are not all that tough. I want someone who’s qualified that can listen.
For whatever reason Novocain doesn’t work so well on me. I’ve told that to some dentists, who’ve said «Sure», then have given me one dose and dove in with the drill. I nearly flew out o’ the chair!
I mentioned that to Dr. Hoefke and he immediately doubled up. Gentle test, I can still feel it so he triples it. Wait a few minutes, a little more testing and I can still feel it so he quadruples the dose. Is it really that tough? He just listened. Now dentist visits are nearly painless. That on top of the fact that he’s a low key, gentle dude who just oozes loving Grandpa.
