After knowing Samuel for many years I have been constantly pleased with the professionalism in his work and demeanor. He has tuned professionally for over 30 years for many famous individuals and La Scala itself (the famous opera house in Italy for those that do not know) so I expected professional service but the pleasant character was a lovely bonus. Watching him tune for these many years has shown me a new level of professionalism in piano tuning. I highly recommend Samuel, he truly knows his craft not only in tuning but rebuilding and repair as well. I found that he mainly deals in higher-​end pianos by the way, but I have no question he is skilled in any brand.
