Simple Elegance

Ben was amazing. He helped us bring our vision to fruition. Not only did he help us create a beautiful design, but he continues to advise when I have questions pop up. Saved us a lot of time and money.

We couldn’t have asked for a better landscape designer than the one we found in Ben Dickerson at Simple Elegance. His creativity and knowledge far surpassed anything we ever expected. We were blown away by the design plan he put together for our front and backyard. He is a true artist and his attention to detail is something to be admired. In addition to being extremely talented at his craft, Benjamin is also a joy to work with. He took the time to listen to all of our needs and concerns, and was happy to answer our numerous questions. We are new homeowners and this is our first time to be dealing with landscaping. We came into the process feeling a bit overwhelmed and intimidated by it all. Ben, however, made the experience enjoyable and exciting. We have already completed one portion of plans Ben created for our backyard and the results are stunning. We love having people over now and can finally enjoy entertaining guests in our gorgeous backyard. We are saving up to tackle the next portion of Ben’s plans and we can’t wait to see the rest of his design plans come to life!

We contracted Benjamin to create plans, including elevation details for a back yard deck and landscape project in June of 2013. Benjamin met with us several times to refine and clarify our design, which we effectively settled in November of 2013.
Six months after settling on a design, we are still waiting on our plans; Benjamin has repeatedly missed meetings and failed to email completed plans when he said he would, resulting in substantial delay to the project. At present, he is not returning phone calls or emails. I will update this review when plans are received.
