Fast and Friendliest frickin’ staff you will ever meet. Maybe it’s because they are all hyped up about life and maybe that’s because they are all hyped up on coffee all day long. Regardless, it get’s me hyped up too! Ready to start my day and enjoy my venti soy latte, no foam, made perfect every time, without fail, rain or shine.

I’m a coffee shop kind of person. And the location is convenient but the coffee is not that great and overpriced. I prefer a small coffee shop to Starbucks anyday.

Bad: Wi-​Fi sucks. Really, really sucks. Like, drive a person mad sucks. I’ve come back to this location about once a month over the last year to see if they’ve fixed it, and they haven’t. I have mentioned it to baristas and managers and they always kind of shrug as if to say «Yeah, we know. But the home office won’t fix it.» So… if you’re like me and like to sit for a bit and do online stuff, go somewhere else.
Good: Standard Starbucks fare. You know if you like it or not. The location is nice and cozy and not in a blah strip mall or big shopping center. Decent patio.

Nice staff and a lot of tables and room. But coffee is burnt and taste awful. Front Patio facing to Topanga Canyon Blvd doesn’t have WiFi access. I wanted to enjoy the beautiful rain which is something rare in LA but no heater and no Internet access.

I have tried many different drinks and they are wonderful every time. Great service, nice friendly people, perfectly made drinks, what more can I ask for? Lulu is always going beyond to make my drinks special and always recommends something new which ends up becoming one of my favorites! Great job everybody!

This particular location does get busy. I got friendly service from the cashier, but the place seemed too dirty. The tables were not clean. This is a major disappointment.

This Starbucks is so wonderful! They are very friendly and I usually get my coffee fairly quick! Its a nice Starbucks to sit at and has a good vibe, the outside area is pretty nice too.

Some of the waitresses are rude. I was sitting outside to drink my coffee in the evening just an hour before the store closes and as I started to enjoy my drink they start pulling and pushing the outdoor chairs around very loud indeed… They completely ignored us being there and continue cleaning and folding the chairs belong to our table.
This Starbucks it’s been always very strange. Some of the workers are nice and some are weird and rude… as convenient as this location is to my house but I get my coffee in the commons of Calabasas in the morning from now on…

Very friendly people working here and a relaxed and kind of cosy environment, unlike some other ones I’ve been to.
They got my order ready quickly even though there were, as per usual, a lot of people there.

This is a secret Starbucks that no one knows about. It’s seconds away from the Ventura and topanga Starbucks, but feels like a world apart.
Service is friendly and plenty of seating area. Overall had a much friendly atmosphere.
I guess what I’m trying to say is that there aren’t a ton of homeless people and assholes hanging out at this Starbucks.

This is not your typical starbucks. It’s nestled back in a residential neighborhood. It try’s to be, despite the managements influence, a neighborhood coffee house and succeeds to some degree. I go there daily. The employees in general are attentive, competent, and pleasant. Unfortunately the best of these are not promoted based on their obvious potential and eventually quit out of frustration. The store suffers from it’s working great let’s try and fix it syndrome… Most recently they brought in a shift «leader» (whiner would be more appropriate) from another store that incessantly complains about the dumetz store, her new store, and the customers here. It’s really ugly and terrible for business and the moral of the other employees.

The Starbucks at Topanga and Dumetz is great! The staff are all friendly and efficient. The manager Merdad is super attentive and makes it a goal to learn 1 new customer’s name every day! The parking lot can get really jammed but overall it’s been a great addition to the neighborhood.

Super quick and friendly service. I called in for a traveler 5 minutes before I walked in through the door, and they already had it ready for me! I also requested a dozen pastries, and they were proactive in asking if they should just grab a dozen of the most popular. Um, yes!
Parking isn’t so bad. Location isn’t bad either. Place is very clean.

I came here pretty late on Tuesday night and they were getting ready to close. However when they saw me walk in, they stopped their «closing» procedures and greeted me with a smile and asked what they can get me. I stayed a couple of minutes fixing my latte with their condiments. When I left they said good night and I told them I will see them tomorrow morning and they thanked me. What a great coffee shop.
