Warner Center Hilton & Tower

This review is based solely on my experience with manager Gregory Clear (I didn’t actually stay at the hotel). The evening prior to my scheduled visit I had spend 2 hours on the phone booking the PERFECT 24 hour night away from the kids using my Hilton Honors miles. Needless to say Hilton Honors LIED about everything and when my husband and I arrived at the Hilton Warner Center, although a lovely hotel, it offered NONE of the amenities that the Hilton Honors customer service representitive had promised (come to find out this happens all the time). If it wasn’t for the patience, teamwork, and generosity of Gregory Clear and Robert Alcala (of the Hilton Garden Inn in Calabasas), our ONE NIGHT AWAY would have been a total waste of time and miles. THANK YOU Mr. Gregory Clear for your kindness, patience, professionalism, attention to every detail, and for saving my miles and making our ONE night away a success!

Thanks to the Warner Center Hilton, this weekend’s holiday party for our staff was a smashing success. The food was scrumptious, the ballroom was elegant and the service was superb!
