Terrible customer service and worse workmanship, would give 0 stars if possible. Does not take care of his mistakes and oversights and fails to produce products that will work. I am a contractor and the owner Carl, recently matched 5 doors. 4 were screwed up and 3 would not work at all. After helping him at no cost for almost a day, and educating him on how to properly perform his work and fix his screw-​ups, he refuses to finish remedying his mistakes after driving off and let’s me know by phone like a coward instead of being a responsible man and business owner. He is stating that to finish fixing the situation it is not covered under warranty, but I never recieved any terms or written warranty, he was fixing his incompetent oversights not a warranty replacement of a faulty door and the expenses should be only his to bear since it was strictly a direct result of his incapibility to do the work that he sells correctly. Not the first time this has happened, and I assume it will not be the last. I highly recommend going somewhere else, as he may, and has on multiple occasions now, caused more expense to fix his mistakes than the products he sells cost to begin with and will refuse to compensate or repair himself his negligent oversights.
