Alliance Tree Service

Used to be five star, I used them for almost 6 years every June and November, Referred to neighbors and Friends. Yes always slow in calling back but once they made contact they were good to go, then these last two years no show in June or November or June again, no shows or calls nothing… Then they finally called end of June, be at your location in three weeks. No Show. Alberto, Really need to work on calling and scheduling. Wish them the best yet I have to look for a service that’s 100%.

As of today, June 5, I have not received any reply to the many calls I have made. If Alliance doesn’t want to or can’t do the work, all they have to do is say so. In the meantime I have found some company that has agreed to do the work next week I am hoping that they come through.
Alliance still advertises, but for some reAson they did not want the rest of my business. And I even tried to support local retailers, but oh well!

Fast, reasonably priced, and did the work as promised. The owner is also a very nice guy and gave us some advice for our other trees as well.

I have a massive London Plane in my front yard, for those who are unfamiliar off what kinda tree this is. Its a lot similar to a California Sycamore, just like a lot of people who live in the area this type of tree is beautiful but can get out of control. I called several companies and a representative from each company came right out, that wasn’t the problem. It was a matter of finding a good company a lot like trying to find a good mechanic. Alberto showed right up, gave me a quote and I liked what he had to say and thought the price was good. So I scheduled an appointment three months in advance, was handed a proposal with the date on it shook on it and proceeded to mark it on the calendar. Three months later when winter was knocking on our door, I took off the morning from work to be here to greet him and he was a no show. When I called they were out on other jobs and had made up some lame excuse how they were having scheduling problems. Even though I was furious, for good reason. I was patient and polite and simply asked when then would they come, they said that they were booked for three months due to it being the busy season. Well obviously thats why I scheduled three months in advance, they said that they would see what they could do and call me back. They never did, in fact they wouldn’t even answer my call or return it when I called and left a message later. This company is just a bunch of unprofessional punks who can shake a hand and give a man his word, but break it easily and then just run and hide from them to prevent confrontation. Do not give these people the honor of your time or money.

I highly recommend Alliance Tree Service! They are very professional and do a fabulous job cleaning up after tree removal. We had them cut down a 50 foot Redwood tree and it was gone and cleaned up in 30 minutes. You would not know they had been there, much less cut down a large tree! The price and service was the very best one could ask for!

We were very impressed with the quality, cleanliness and professionalism we experienced when having Alliance trim our trees. We were also pleased with how quickly they came out to give us an estimate and how reasonable the cost was. We really could not have been happier!

Called the company. Received a call back the same day, and they responded and gave an estimate the same day. Beat other company by over 50% on cost. Definitely professional and courteous. Will probably go with them. Will update after they do the job if I select them, but they seem very good.
Called them for service, set up within same week, came on time. They did an amazing job. I had an idea of what it would look like when they were done, and it looked even better. They cleaned everything up so that it looked better than when they started. They completely removed a tree and stump and made the area readily available for planting. They also trimmed two trees. They did a great job.
Price was great compared to others, and payment methods are whatever you need, so give them a call. All very nice people. Never saw them take a break, and it’s warm out, so they busted their tails and got everything done in a few hours. You should be very happy with this company.

On 10÷17÷11 I called for an estimate to have 2 trees in my yard trimmed. The woman answering the phone was very friendly and helpful. She said someone would be by that day to take a look at the trees, then he would call me with the estimate. A week later, no call back. I called again and spoke with the same woman who was friendly and very apologetic. She said she would have the person who looked at the trees call me right away with the estimate. Another week passed and still no call. I called again and got a message recording saying no one was in the office. I left a message asking again about my estimate. It’s 10÷30÷11 and still no phone call back and no estimate. Needless to say I’ve hired another business to trim my trees.
