They don’t have their menu online. I messaged the owner and was ignored.

Great new restaurant(formerly called ARiA), same owners, but different menu. Let me preface this review by saying, «Woodland needs a Steakhouse!» So, upon entering I loved the new name, Hoof & Fowl Woodland’s Steakhouse. We were here on a Saturday night during Christmas season & it was quiet & slow, but I think this new restaurant is gaining momentum! They are waiting on their liquor license to open a cute lounge next door & the servers were so excited for the new changes as well. I loved that the servers actually tried the menu/dishes, so they can tell u the whole experience & process of each dish. We ended up trying one of their specials, Mussels, & one from the menu, Shrimp Scampi. We also ordered Bacon Mac n Cheese & Garlic Mashed Potatoes as appetizers! I kept hearing the patrons behind us telling their server how much they enjoyed their dinners, so I was excited to eat. The dinners arrived & sure enough everything was delicious! Spot on! The servers were great, new menu is appetizing, & I can’t wait to go back!!! I hv a feeling this restaurant is going to get busier & I will hv to make reservations next time… a good problem to have!!!

Had dinner with our families for my husband’s birthday. Atmosphere was nice and comfortable. Was greeted right away and seated promptly. We had the calamari and the mussels for appetizers. Between my husband and myself we had the salmon and the surf and turf. Food was portioned and seasoned well and temperature was perfect. A couple of our party showed up late but the staff quickly accommodated them with our group with kind and swift service. I would also like to mention that our waitress, Aven was very nice and professional. She answered any questions we had and was very professional and courteous. We highly recommend Hoof and Foul and will be visiting them soon.

Five family members went for the first time tonight and we were all pleased with the service and our meals. Started with calamari which my 18 year old thought was the best! Then we tried the fried dill pickle slices. My sis-in-law loved it! The rest of us are not pickle fans, so she got her fill. Two men got the ribeye, one man got the filet mignon, and one female got the peppered steak. All were impressed by the amount of meat and how tender and juicy they were. Can’t go wrong with baked potato, but the garlic mashed potatoes were wonderful. I got the salmon, which was cooked perfectly. The only down side was the vegetable – very bland. We were all comfortably full after the meal. Great meal, great service. A little pricey, but it’s a good cut of steak, so you pay for good food. Will go back on a Friday to try the chowder!

Overall, the ambiance and staff were great. The rib eye was not worth $ 29. It was very thin but it was tasty. Just not $ 29 tasty. The Carmel brownie was cold and stale. Everything else we had was good.

Mediocre food especially considering prices New York steaks where gristlely Waitress was good

Food was good and ok all at the same time. Cuts of meat were excellent. However sirloin was under seasoned and potatoes needed salt. The peppercorn New York needed just a hair less peppercorn. However steaks were melting in your mouth — great quality. Service was good, not excellent but good. Not many there but it was a later hour on a weekday.

Awesome homemade desserts, but the meat was not up to snuff for the cost. I had the 14 oz ribeye and had it medium and it came too red and leaking blood on the plate, plus took 35 mins to come to the table when the place was almost empty and no one came in after us. Also, advertised«local veg» with plate, but only cane with cauliflower and zucchini… but rice came with celery and carrots in it, so they had more veggies, and for a $ 30 steak plate I expected more. Service was excellent!

I think my review is a bit biased because… I really just miss the old Aria! Staff is still the same– great and friendly. We had the artichoke dip app which was very good; rich, but yummy and pretty large. No more focaccia bread.:(Just regular rolls that are nothing special. They have 2 pasta options from the old menu, but they are both really rich –scampi and chicken alfredo– wish they had some lighter choices from the old menu still available for those of us who aren’t feeling like meat. The alfredo was still great, but too much after the dip. My husband had a side salad and NY steak– salad was good, steak was just okay, kind of an unusual seasoning mixture that wasn’t really our thing. Dessert menu is pretty much the same as Aria’s– homemade and delicious! Probably won’t go back as often as we did to Aria; hope they expand the menu and include some more of the old pasta options from Aria!

First time here and was impressed. Staff was good And the beef was quality. Only complaint which is minor, needs better bread with the meal.

Love it here! Yummy food and friendly environment, very casual and laid back. I ordered the 8oz sirloin, probably the best steak I’ve ever eaten. My friend got the calamari and loved it! Highly recommend anyone in the area.

Had lunch here with my boss last week. The crispy chicken club sandwich was very good. Loved that the bread was a soft roll and easy to get my teeth into. Boss had steak sandwich and she enjoyed it. We also appreciate d that we had a choice of side and both opted for Caesar salad. Service was prompt and friendly and the food is reasonably priced. The menu is pretty limited to salads and sandwhiches and it would be nice to see a few additional options for lunch in the future. I look forward to trying dinner here soon!

Stopped in for lunch with a coworker. Food was good, delivered quickly & staff was friendly. Around $ 10 for salad & sandwich. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is I would like to see a few more choices on the lunch menu.

We came in for our anniversary and I will say we were not disappointed. Me, my son and husband all had streaks and they were cooked perfectly. The side of potato and veggies were wonderful. The clam chowder was superb! I felt the atmosphere was comfy. Very clean. Our server was very nice and never let our glasses go empty. I would recommend reservations. We had reservations but they were telling others there was a 25 minute wait. It is nice to have a place like this in our little town.

Road-weary, looking for Italian but then the wife saw this place. She ordered the pork well-done, I ordered the 8-oz filet medium rare. With all due respect to Dean’s review, I have to say that my steak could not have been any better. Period. The baked potato was quite good, the veggies were OK, but I spent most of my time savoring the steak. IMHO, this was the equal of any steak I have had in my 60+ years. Wife said her pork was quite good, ate until she finally just couldn’t do any more. Atmosphere is clean and easy, 70’s rock in the background that suited me just fine — not obtrusive but I found my fingers tapping time and again. Waitress provided cheerful, excellent service — could not ask for better. For a Sunday night dinner in Woodlawn, you could do much, much worse than to stop here. I recommend it highly.
