FIRSTTIMER Not me but our little one. I was hoping that my wife and I didn’t over sell the In N Out experience to our little one. We had a hungry little girl as we walked off the plane & grabbed our rental car. We promised her she needed to not spoil her burger moment by eating any snacks. We got on I-5 and headed to this location. Our little one was all smilies as Mom & I told her In N Out burger stories. I even disclosed the secret menu. Shhhhh! We ordered our food and then watched our little one dive into her first In N Out Cheeseburger. She loved every bite and said this, «I know that this was my first In N Out Burger but I am ready for my second one! That was really good!» As proud parents we just smiled and we were so happy she loved it. We knew she would but what if she didn’t. We would have been crushed if she didn’t like it. Thanks to the staff here for making a magical first for our family. Our little one would get her second cheeseburger but not today that would happen at another In N Out location 7 days from today but that’s another review for another day. I ordered the double-double with grilled onions & pickles added to the typical toppings. I also ordered my fries well done. That is the way to go. If you get them normal then they are too soggy. I love the fact that they use real potatoes. I notice many people complain about the fries but if you would order them well done I think it would fix your problems. My burger was perfect and I savored every bite like it was my last. I ate in slow motion wanting the moment to not end. My wife got a single cheeseburger and she was really happy too. We both wished that they would open a location in Chicago. We keep our fingers crossed they will make the jump to our town. They are located in Dallas so it only seems normal to keep moving east. My only complaint here was the spicy peppers didn’t taste right. I am not sure why. We did have the spicy peppers at another location nearby and they were perfect. I can only think that they were old at this store. Thanks to In N Out for making my west coast trips memorable. You are the one place I always visit. You provide an amazing tasting product without breaking the budget. I was able to feed a family of 3 for under $ 11. That is great in this day and age. It is probably the reason you have a line coming out the door and a drive thru that jams parking lots. You keep delivering quality and people stay loyal and keep coming back. We can not wait for our return trip for burger nirvana.

Pretty good place. In-N-Out is always consistent. I really like them. You usually get exactly what you expect because of Hamburger U. anyway, if you like In-N-Out, you’ll probably like this place just as much as any other In-N –Out.

I love In n Out, period. But this particular location always has a slow Drive-Thru and the food is just«ok» Maybe I’ve had too much In n Out in my life but I honestly almost prefer driving to the one in Davis instead of this location. Not much more to say!

Been here twice now and definitely lives up to the In N Out standard. Very busy during lunch, but that’s to be expected. Clean and friendly service! Tip– the drive thru gets really backed up, just go inside for a to-go order and enjoy the smells while you are kind to the environment!

I am so dissapointed :(we got three grilled cheese and fries. They asked if we would like ketchup and we got it thrown in the bag on top of her fries which normally would be OK except the packets were all soaking wet with who knows what. :(Then we went to eat our grilled cheese and there was hair on it. On our others the lettuce was SOSOSO soggy and white. It tasted like it was the last little bit left at the bottom of the fridge. Ew! Then there were the onions, only parts of them were soggy, like they were bruised :/overall we were really not pleased.

I’ve had some delicious In-n-Out experiences, but unfortunately this was not one of them. I ordered a cheeseburger and some fries. The cheeseburger was fine, and tasted like an average In-N-Out burger, but the fries were dreadful. Greasy and just inedible. It was really a disappointing and rather gross In-N-Out meal. Note that I’m typically a big fan of In-N-Outs, but on this particular night it did not get the job done.

This place has great burgers! Patties aren’t especially meaty, which I don’t mind. Their French fries are delicious, especially when you get them animal style. They have great pink lemonade, and their milkshakes are awesome(try the neapolitan). We come here all the time.

It’s hard to fault this place, always clean, always fresh, always good. My grandkids like this place and the food is better than McDonald’s so I encourage lunch here whenever we are out and about.

Pros: — great burger with fresh ingredients — almost no wait time — plenty of sitting area. Nice sitting tables outside which all were maintained/cleaned well constantly by staff. — staff very nice Nothing really to complain.

Yes, eh, it’s an In-N-Out. Neither wonderful nor horrible. It’s nice to be able to grab a burger like this when out, but the things that demolish In-N-Out burgers come from my BBQ at home. Unfair comparison, but they make fast food burgers look so sad. And it’s not like anyone goes there(In-N-Out) for the ambiance. Middle of the road: nothing special, but won’t kill you either.(not quickly, anyways)

The best fast food burger ever! In n out burgers, fries and shakes never disappoint! I am personally a fan of the protein style double single with grilled onions and banana peppers. The chocolate/vanilla shakes & cheese fries are some of my other favorites. Customer service is always stellar at this location & during the week the wait for food is short. There is also plenty of parking and it is conveniently located right off the I-5 freeway.

The food here is delicious, just like any other In-N-Out. But I lost 5 years off my life waiting in the drive-thru. It took over 15 just to arrive at the speaker to place my order. They really should find a way to pick up the pace. I understand that they make their food fresh but I have never waited this long at any other In-N-Out.

I had a rough meeting and thought why not go and get some animal fries for lunch and everyone here was so kind and my food was absolute deliciousness. I have never had animal fries that were that hot and amazing and not skimpy of the sauce. The establishment was very clean as well. I was impressed. Keep it up Guys!

Definitely on par with all the other In-N-Outs I have been too. Except that these guys were über pleasant the last time I was there. And my animal style fries were extra animalistic!

Honestly, I have no idea why everyone things In-N-Out Burger is the best. Yea their meat is fresh, but the burger I got the other night, the pattie was about the thickness of a really old pair of flip flops. Yea the burger tastes good, I don’t think I’ve ever had a hamburger that didn’t taste good, regardless of the quality of meat. But most disappointing is the french fries. Those things are so darn dry I practically choked on them trying to eat them. The only way I can get those dry fries down is by drowning them in ketchup and I don’t like ketchup. I would much rather have french fries from Del Taco. Next time I have a craving for a hamburger I won’t be going to this place.

I have been eating with a Paleo style since January. However, I will make exceptions for some places and In N Out is one of them! The food here is excellent if you rate it within the category intended. The thing that really sets these places apart is the customer service. How refreshing. Just absolutely sincere customer service with a true appreciation for the paying customer. Note — they don’t take AMEX. Animal style baby!

January 5, 2014 Sunday — lunch 1:45PM 3 adults Atmosphere — 5 stars Food — 5 stars Service — 5 stars Background — First time to this location. I am continuing with my hidden menu theme. Atmosphere — Another cookie cutter In-N-Out Burger. This one is a little different as it has Spanish roof tiles. Food Drinks — Today’s hidden menu item is the Root Beer Float. Not technically a root beer float as there is no ice cream. It is a vanilla milk shake and Barq’s root beer mixed together to create an airy treat. It was a wonderful surprise. The price is the same as a shake. Appetizer — I do not know if you count these as appetizers but by the ketchup and napkin station they had peppers. You do not need to ask for them when you order like most location. They are in bulk and not individually wrapped. My Main Course — I had my standard an animal style cheeseburger. It was a little charred but it was so good that way. Of course animal style is on the hidden menu too. Dessert — Skipped the dessert, but really the closest thing they have is a shake. Service — Prompt, courteous and fast, everything you want. Future — Oh yeah I will back, maybe not this location but other locations.
