Lisa Greif Tutoring

This will be my second review for Lisa. My first review was of her outstanding help with my oldest daughter on improving her SAT/​ACT scores. I firmly believe that with Lisa’s help on improving my daughter’s SAT/​ACT scores that it was one of the reasons she got into her dream school this year (UCLA). This review will be on her helping my younger daughter with Geometry. My younger daughter has been struggling and I immediately knew to contact Lisa. She has always loved math and done well in it, but as I said Geometry was a different story. She has been helping out my daughter for several weeks now in Geometry and it is going great. After the first session my daughter got in the car and couldn’t stop talking about how helpful and how easy Lisa made Geometry seem. She looks forward to her tutoring sessions and is thrilled that she actually understands Geometry. Lisa is extremely nice, professional, trustworthy and her fees are reasonable. There is a lot of pressure on kids these days to succeed and Lisa has done an amazing job to create a positive learning environment without the pressure. We are so thankful for Lisa. Not sure what we would do without her.

This woman is a miracle. We are so lucky we found her.
She not only can tutor many different types of math classes– pre-​calculus, calculus, statistics, but has also been extremely helpful with chemistry and physics.
She worked extra hard with my daughter on SAT review and raised her score over 100 points each in math and in reading. I recommended her to some friends and their children noticed a similar increase in scores for less than half the cost of a formal class.
My daughter needs the extra reinforcement that Lisa provides and after a session with Lisa she «gets it». Lisa is extremely patient and takes the time to figure out how best to teach your child.
She is available extra hours for last minute studying or upcoming tests, and if necessary can fit in a Skype session.
Plus her prices are extremely reasonable.
Grab this woman with both hands and don’t let go. You and your child will be so glad you did.
