McDonald’s

Shakes very runny, no napkins, waited outside drive thru for 20 minutes, and they screwed up our order.

Super nice staff and they made the best fries I’ve ever had. Best McDonalds on I5! The guy who took my food out to me (I’m guessing the manager) was very professional and the wait was definitely worth the fries.

The staff here are friendly and my order is always accurate. The line moves quickly and within a matter of several minutes you have your food in hand and you are on your way. That is all we can expect from a drive through joint :)

The grand irony is that they have a snotty sign directing their customers not to use a cell phone in the drive through lane (thanks mom).
Then the cashier got my order wrong, the second window got my order wrong twice. So maybe you should worry less about the concentration of your customers and more on your own business. n’kay?

With years of management experience I know that one of the most important things is honoring promotions and anything advertised. Failure to do so is false advertisement. I stopped at this location tonight Oct 30, 2014 at 7:39 and purchased over $ 25 worth of food expecting to receive the 12 monopoly game pieces that was supposed to come with the food. After getting up to the window I received the drinks noticing there were no game pieces on them so I checked the bag and none of the other food had any game pieces. After asking I the monopoly promotion was still going because it was advertised up front the cashier gave me a blank stare and said yes. After telling her there was no pieces with our food she said yea we have to give you them and gave me a total of 4 game pieces which were cut off of cups that I’m sure fell on the floor and were supposed to be discarded. All 4 game pieces were half open revealing what they were. Which leaves me to assume that the employees are peeling them off half way to see if they wanted any of them. Food was cold and disgusting. Huge disappointment and a waste of money

I don’t care if my burger doesn’t look like the commercials, but can you please just remember to put together the burgers properly? See picture.
Half of my fish burger bun was stuck on the cheese part and when I peeled it to align it with the other bun and patty, it broke off, so it was more like fish ‘n bun.
Otherwise, the girl cashier in drive-​thru was quite nice (not the guy) and food is what you’d expect from McDonalds (which is a 2).

5 Stars for a McDonalds? Am I crazy? Perhaps… This McDonalds serves as a perfect stopping point for travels home from Seattle to Portland. The location is located in a Safeway shopping center parking lot and has a very new and well kept feel to it. The prices at this McDonalds are on the lower end of the McDonalds pricing scale which is also a plus. The best part though is they have large screen tv’s to enjoy, very clean restrooms, free wifi and an incredible amount of AC outlets to charge your electronics. It is very clear that the owner of this McDonalds cares about their store and designed it knowing who their target customer would be and excelled at this. Kudos to this McDonalds. The staff also did what was expected very well, they quickly greeted, served fresh food quickly and were polite and welcoming. Nothing incredible about the service, but for McDonalds no complaints at all.

Stopped here for breakfast items on our way into Seattle for Thanksgiving. Clean, nice staff and well, it’s Mcdonald’s. pricing is the same, I suppose.
It’s located a little ways off the freeway even though the sign on the freeway makes it look like it’s «right there»… not, keep driving.

I live in town and go through drive-​thru least three times a week. Usually in the evenings and I LOVE the girl who is always in back cash she is so nice and is always happy to see me. However I went through during the day once and had the worst service from the girl at the second window with brown hair. I asked her about a coupon and she asked her manager and when they refused to take it she rolled her eyes at me and asked her manger again, and I could here them talking about me after the window was closed! I could not believe it. All the money I spend here each week, and she got snotty at me for wanting to use a coupon? I work in customer service, you make the customer happy and get over yourself. Will never go back there during the day. Worst service ever.

Nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Very clean and trendy. However, they almost always get our order wrong, very frustrating!

Wow! Did I really just say that for McDonald’s? I don’t even know where Woodland is! This is probably one of the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to; I stopped in on my way from Seattle to Portland. When you enter, there are brick walls, new tables, flatscreen TVs and free wireless internet. This was also one of the newer locations with a coffee bar where you can get cappuccinos, lattes and smoothies.
In the end, when I got my breakfast sandwich I was reminded that McDonald’s is McDonald’s. Your standard greasy fair that feels like a lead balloon after you have eaten. Still, makes for a good rest stop location and a very quick bite to eat while you’re on the road.
Right next to a gas station and Safeway.

Its McDonalds what can I say. The store was clean.
