Quest Diagnostics

If there was anything worse than one star I would put it here. The employees are so rude I can’t believe it, I had a bad experience with a receptionist at the clinic but worse is their corporate customer service. Expect to be consistently over billed. They have a policy of not using a 2^nd insurance and they have no customer service dept, just a very rude billing department who you can only get to after going through three phone trees and waiting in hold an average of 20 min. They also told me today that they do not know what good a customer relations department would be. So, I guess that explains their corporate culture. I am actually changing my doctor just so that I do not have to go to this place any more. Horrible horrible horrible.

I work at a care home and I use these services alot ive Probley been to every quest diagnostic from sacramento to fairfield. No joke. Thisbis the first time I came to this one plus its the first one I reviewed on Unilocal.So normally the staff is nice and patient because half the time I dont even know what im doing. But this time the lady was in a rush didnt want to talk to me didnt want to explain anything to me. She just made me feel dumb and unimportant. Hopefully I wont have to come to this one again or maybe they can read there Unilocal reviews and change alittle.

I hate coming to this place. The older tech is absolutely unpleasant. Sometimes they have two techs on site but they pretty much go back and fourth discussing patient info. It doesn’t help that it is a small lab and their voices echo.

The most unpleasant technician. I understand theses places usually have long lines and it’s a one person crew but this lady won’t even give eye contact. They don’t have a drop off box like other labs and I’ve seen people wait over an hour just to drop off urine samples.
