When I went in to buy my smartphone from Radio shack a few weeks ago, I asked the salesperson NOT to add me to their mailing list because I don’t like getting ads sent to me.(It’s a waste of paper). He was adamant about getting my address for their system and said that I wouldn’t receive any. Guess what comes in the mail today? I HAD been added to their mailing list. This person’s inability to listen really angers me especially since his customer service left something to be desired. I had to go through the extra hassle of calling Radio Shack up to have my name removed from their list. Customer service at this location = inconveniencing their customers.
