It’s too soon to tell if Greg will be able to completely restore the data on my broken external hard drive, but already I can say with confidence that working with this company is like a breath of fresh air after working with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. There is no comparison! Not only was Geek Squad unable to do anything for me, they were rude, unprofessional, and terrible communicators every step of the way. Already I’m getting updates from Greg as he works on my data, and already it looks like he’ll be able to do what Best Buy couldn’t. Regardless of the end result — even if he comes up empty handed — I’m just relieved that I finally found a tech company that’s a pleasure to work with!
