I had a pretty bad experience, in which I jacked knifed my Uhaul truck and the tow dolly that my car was attached to. I underestimated the tightness of a parking lot, and was unable to swing wide enough to get out. I called Uhaul customer service in a panic, and this is unfortunately the company they came up with.
Yes, I was stupid enough to get myself into that predicament, and it was my fault, but the hicks who showed up did nothing but find my situation humerous and laughed the whole time. Proper business etiquette would dictate that you not laugh at the customer in their presence… best to avoid this outfit.

This has to be the worst towing company I have ever used. I called them and they said that they would have a tow truck to me in 45 minutes. After three hours, they finally showed up. This was after repeated phone calls to them, and them insisting that their tow truck was ten minutes away. Their driver was completely rude and unprofessional. He seemed to be taking out his frustrations with his previous tow on my car. I have just signed up and paid for AAA, because of this experience with Tic Tac Towing. I will never use them again, and I will never recommend this unprofessional and rude company to anyone ever.

This company is HORRIBLE. They do not know how to properly tow a vehicle in general, after damaging my vehicle, a 1000 $ damage, they had the nerve to ask for a $ 185 towing fee. I will be taking them to court. If you see Tic Tac Towing coming to tow your car, do NOT let them. Nor call them for a tow. Let them go out of business.

These guys are useless. I live in a gated community with narrow streets. This company is supposed to tow vehicles when they are illegally parked on the side of the street. The car was parked in a fire zone. When I asked them to tow the vehicle which was partially blocking the street, they refused to send anyone. Their response was to call the police.

Had to leave my car in Woodland overnight, called these guys in the morning for a quote and was given a correct estimate exactly par with what everyone else was charging. BUT they did not need to come get my key or me, instead they grabbed the car, picked me up, then drove us to Firestone, making everything ten times easier on me. If I’m ever stuck in Woodland again, they will be my go-​to guys!

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. This company is horrible. Towed a friends car, the friend is missing, presumably in the SF bay. Will not release the vehicle, or stop charging the $ 75 per day until the owner comes in to claim and pay for it, or until we provide a death certificate. Obviously we don’t have either. Tic tac towing company did not show any sympathy towards the pain we have going through. Our friends and family are searching day and night for our friend and we have enough on our plate with that, much less this company just trying to make a buck. simply ridiculous. Very disappointed.
