After hearing great things about Travis Credit Union from my parents, I finally decided to be proactive and see what Travis had to offer. I’m very glad I did. Will was the employee who helped me out and he was fantastic. Will was professional, polite, and most importantly he conveyed all the information clearly. Another reason why Travis deserves 5 stars is because of how efficient the staff is. I was in and out of there with a new debit AND credit card in less than approximately 30 minutes! They print their own cards in-​house which is awesome. Needless to say I’ll no longer be doing business with my former bank (Chase) since they have nothing to offer me. Thanks again Travis!

The staff at Travis credit union is fantastic. I went in to the woodland branch to transfer a car into my boyfriends name. They funded the loan for him despite several unfortunate circumstances that we came across. Alberto was patient with us through the entire experience and anything he could do for us instead of us having to do, he did. Alberto went out of his way to offer exceptional service and even mailed a dmv form for me. He referred a fellow credit union member for insurance and offered to refer us in our businesses. It’s people like Alberto that help our community gain business and network efficiently.

I can’t even begin to start on my dislike for this place. I’ve recent switched to Golden 1 and let me tell you… so worth it and should have done it so much sooner!

I’ve been banking here for 10years and I must say the customer service is awesome!
I had some recent fraud charges on my account and within a few hours of me going in to a bank location, I was credited all my money and given a new card.
I would highly banking with this credit union.

A bunch of liars! I have two car loans though them ($ 355 and $ 222 a month) after 4 years of never missing a payment a called to ask about deferring one payment. At the time of my loan I was told I could do this once. The call centers are terrible and informed me they do nothing like that. Funny even their radio commercials say they do. Next time I will go though Safe!

I’ve been a member for quite some time now (since ’99), and I’m happy to be a continuing member of TCU. For a while when I moved up to Lincoln, this was the closest location for me to stop by when I needed to some depositing and specific things that required more than just an ATM machine.
In any rate, the service here is good, they are generally welcoming and happy when I visit and there is never really a wait. Plus the location is convenient for me to visit.
I really wish TCU expands more in the area, but that’s probably wishful thinking.
