I came here to study a few times and after the third time, I stopped coming. The librarians are nice, but it’s not an ideal place to study. It gets pretty loud and I just feel like a lot of the people who come here talk like they’re not in a library setting. There’s a lot of chatter, especially in the back where the study cubicles are, and a lot of people who come here without headphones like to blast their music. I wish they would enforce the concept of a quiet library here, but they don’t.

I ventured off to the next county in search of an exam review guide. Not even Barnes and Noble or my local libraries carried it. Woodland Public Library came through and the issue is somewhat current. This small, quant community library offered Internet service, had a children’s book room, electronic card catalog, audio/video selections and easy electronic sign-up for your library card accessed via 2 forms of ID, one photo. The employees were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The library is clean and housed in a historic building. It is a small library so has a smaller selection of resources however much of the same services larger centers offer.

Great library. Nice place to take the kids. They have many books to choose from and have a play area for younger children. They have also just added some new puzzles and blocks for the children. Also have a wide variety of DVDs to choose from. A great library to to take the kids to get some books and also do some creative play.

We love the librarians here; they are so friendly and helpful! Great selection of books for people of all ages. We go about once a week and sometimes have to bring a rolling cart with us to carry our haul! If you love to read, I would definitely recommend this to you! :)

I remember coming here often as a kid. My cousins and I would spend hours reading books in the downstairs children’s section. Since then, the kids books have moved upstairs into a huge room of its own. There’s a computer room for folks to browse online and print out what they need, a media area for dvds/cds, and they can special order books for you to borrow. This is a good place to get away to study and write papers if you are a student since they have desks tucked away throughout the library in isolated areas and they offer wifi.

Nice library for the size it is, but some of the librarians here are extremely nasty. They need to take a course in politeness and not snap at people for no apparent reason.
