Our estimated delivery was supposed to be between 2 – 5 pm. They ran late. We called customer service and they gave me bad attitude saying that their estimate shouldn’t be taken seriously. And that it could come any time of the day. The driver then said he would be there between 5:30 — 6:30. Showed up at 7pm. NOT HAPPY WITH PODS.
