There are some safety hazards here. A sort of lean-to canopy area with wires hanging for the longest time. We know because we go down there for a friends party once a year. Very dangerous for kids. The spin around ride for kids can be a hazard. How about a mat around it… Easily floods, and lots of goose poop at certain times of year. That being said it does have some nice views, it somewhat serene, and a nice amount of benches. The canopy is good for rainy day parties. Overall wouldnt really recommend. Really needs some safety issues fixed!

This is a small park in Woodridge, NY. There is a playground for the little kids, ample parking, nice clean(most of the year) grassy area. There are picnic tables and lots of trees for shade.(It can get messy from the geese sometimes.) There are also a baseball diamond and basketball area for the bigger kids. If you drive past the parking lot there is a gravel road that will take you nearer a marshy lake, which is a nice area to see the sun rise on occasion. the park is open only from sunup to sundown, so keep that in mind. Now, there can be alot of geese at some points during the year, so be mindful of them, especially when they are mating, they can be a little vicious. There are also alot of deer in the area, and they often take a stroll though.
