The best hair salon on earth… I love it here. You have to come with time and patiences because you are going to wait but if you want to look great, the wait is worth it. Everyone is very polite. Very family oriented. Clean hair salon.

Anna is the owner & the only hairdresser. My appointment was at 9am and my Mom had a 9:30am. I was scheduled for a cut and a touch up. While coloring my roots, Anna answered several phone calls. Didn’t time the duration of the dye in my hair. The color is completely different than the rest of my hair. Its light-​RED and I’m a brunette! I told Anna that the color was «much lighter» and that it «does not match the rest of my hair». She told me that the only way to match my natural color is «to be born again». TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Anna took a two walk-​ins during our scheduled appointment and was extremely rushed. While my Mom was on the chair w/​Anna mixing her color, she abruptly left my Mom to start color on a walk-​in. It appears that she is more concerned about collecting payment than doing her job well. The more clients Anna sees = more money in her pocket.
My Mom was upset and left without getting her highlights done. Also, my haircut is AWFUL.
