Dryer Vent Wizard

I was referred to this company from my local appliance repair company. I have had problems with my dryer off and on for years and was advised to contact Dryer Vent Wizard to have my dryer properly serviced. The dryer cycles were continuing past the set cycle times, clothing was still wet, yet shrinking due to high temperatures.
My service tech, Bill H. explained that our situation was due to foil venting that was drying improperly and causing an extreme fire hazard.
We set up a service call to have the venting system brought up to code. Bill was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. The situation was more complicated than he originally thought, however he was able to work around those issues.
I would highly recommend this company and technician for any dryer issues you may have in your home.

Got this company off the Internet and was told that a $ 49 service call would be charged to give an estimate. I had asked the person on the phone if they could give me an estimate over the phone after I explained what I needed and said she could not. I was hesitant to have them come since I only needed a 24″ pipe from outside to basement (hole already cut since it’s a replacement) and that’s it. Figure I could do it for $ 20 tops. So nicely dressed tech came and gave me an estimate of $ 350. So it cost me 53 with tax to find out not to use these guys. If they gave me a $ 100 would probably of done it. Buyer beware…
