McDonald’s

I have been going to this McDonalds since it was built. Recently, I have never seen a team of employees so unable to do their jobs and really not caring. The talk and fool around with each other when there is a gigantic line and 2 registers open. The managers should be fired first for not being able to supervise an efficient team. Especially weekdays later afternoon/​early evening. If the owner of this franchise reads this review, you need to really do something!

Only came here a handful of times. Only came here for deals.

This place gets zero stars the manager proudly said he would rather lose me as a customer than replace the cheeseburgers I payed for that Were never given to me, I tried to call them to let them know when it happened but no answer. I called at least 5 times (to lazy to answer phone) The skell who gave me my order shorted me food do you think he gave me the receipt, NO. The manager was an asshole I will complain to the general manager and hope to get some kind of result. Treat me like garnage and receive this well deserved review… I told you it was coming here it is. Absolutely pathetic the way you talked to me you should be ashamed of losing a loyal customer because you wouldn’t spend $ 1 to make someone whole again you won’t see another cent out of me. Pathetic stay in school
Side note the nuggets tasted bad like really old oil, I know there was something very wrong because I know how they are supposed to taste… Stay away from this location the one on Steinway is better, just no drive through

The last thing I want to hear is that a promotion going on at another store nearby isn’t being honored at your location.
At the very least, if a promotion exists at another location in the area, honor it for people that know about it, even if you won’t advertise it yourself. If there is one reason people like going to a chain restaurant, it is so they can have the same experience at any location they enter.

This place is horrible I just got in and the people here are all rude the cashiers are playing around and the place is a wreck I just came from the app as it told me I get a free sandwich now the guy tells me there are no refills and no scans so you won’t even take gift card scans? Then they told me I have to pay for a cup of water that it isn’t free anymore so I’m paying $ 1.09 for a cup of water and it’s the tiny cup? Never coming here again

Always dealing with a worker that is probably so unhappy with their life that they need to act so miserable with their job.
Mcdonalds should enforce training videos and customer service ratings on the receipts!

Hey guys, this is my favorite mcdonald among queens county. No one deny the fact i love this place. From foods/​drinks to wifi service, im loving. Thanx u deserve 5 stars.

Ok came late night again n they r open, the guy who’s working now is mad cool seen him a bunch of other times, I know if he’s there things R running right unlike the other 2 times I went late night n walked home angry.

This McDonald’s location is alright. Fries were overcooked though. Only two cashiers were taking orders at 1pm.
The way that all McDonald’s has their ordering process is a mess. They need to have an order and a pick up counter. In all I have been too customers order and get a receipt with their number. Few customers have common sense. They stand just where they are. Placing the next order it gets crowded. Others don’t know whose online whose waiting. They need a separate area because no one thinks to move out the way. Sadly some locations are to small to do so.

This mcdonalds doesnt have refillable drinks. But has everything else. The service and cleaness is superb. Nice clean tables. The bathrooms are good and not funky. The wifi is strong and the lighting is on point. Ill defiantly come back if im in the area. No five star cause i want this to be constant till next time.

This mickeyDs is pretty nice and clean, they have WiFi and good service. I really like there décor.
Being vegetarian is hard but they cater to your needs when I decided to order a cheese burger with no meat. pretty tasty for a first timer ordering something like that.
One thing I can never go wrong with the French fries, best I ever had.
The downside… one on the cashier barely smiled, came off as cocky but maybe he was tired who knows

I wandered into this location hoping to grab a quick breakfast. Unfortunately, they had a new guy working one of the three cash registers and taking orders. It appeared that he did not pay attention during his training or was not trained properly. And guess which register I happened to be waiting on? With only three customers ahead of me, I expected to wait no more than 10 minutes. I ended up waiting for over 20 minutes to give my order and another 15 minutes to receive my food. It was a terrible experience.
The other employees working the other registers were more efficient. I noticed that the manager did little to help the new guy. So the poor service probably was more of a result from poor management.

This place gets really crowded with school kids after 3pm. Try to avoid that time. I usually go here as this is one of the nearest drive-​ins where I live.

I just came back from McDonalds. If I had a quarter for every time they said «Can I help the next person on line?» I would have enough money to eat there for free.
Yes, you can help the next person on line, or you can help the person who was on line previously like me, who ordered a number six combo meal 15 minutes ago previously.
While I was eating, one of those little old chinese ladies came in who always say «DVD, DVD, DVD?» trying to tell me a bootleg DVD.
I wish I had gone in there with several Blu Ray Discs, DVD’s VHS and Betamax tapes and videodiscs in bag. This way I could have screamed at her, «BLU RAY DISCS??? VHS TAPES?! BETAMAX TAPES? VIDEODISCS??? DVD’S!!! Just to hee her reaction.
While I was finishing up my meal I realized that even though I had ordered a large coke, it seemed that all the soda was gone before my thirst was quenched, especially after eating all of those salty fries.
They had put so much ice into my soda that I barely was able to enjoy it before I got brain freeze and a thirsty mouth.
Next time I go there I will ask for a large coke with no ice, with a bunch of video media near closing time. This way I can actually get my food fast in a fast food restaurant and enjoy my meal.

I have never in my life seem such a confused bunch of people. The staff are nasty here I ordered an egg mcmuffin without meat which wasn’t what I received so I took it back to counter to inform them I received the wrong order I witnessed the cashier open the wrapper look at the sandwich and rewrap it and put the sandwich back in with the other sandwiches waiting to be picked up for orders.
I find that to be so nasty, and I had to wait 15 for a new sandwich. Never again will I come to this McDonalds.

Let me just say I have been in my share of McDonald’s restaurants in my lifetime in NYC. I came in here last weekend because I was in Sports Authority across the street and I needed a quick hunger fix. My lady only eats the fries from here and maybe some chicken selects but that is not why I am Unilocaling today. This location has to be some sort of modernized McDonalds. This place has booth style seating and everything looked really new and flat screen televisions showing sports and all kinds of different stuff. Most McDonalds I eat in only have just enough ample seating and everything looks blah. This is probably the nicest McDonalds I have ever eaten in.

Don’t we all miss those days when McDonald’s were our ultimate favorite? Sure, I had those days when eating at McDonald’s used to be my treat. After eating those fries and Chicken McNuggets, I was in heaven. As I grew up and my taste buds became more adult-​like (I guess), I’ve found out that there are better (and healthier) foods you can get.
I will admit tho, that I do get the cravings to eat the ‘value meal’ once in a blue moon. The difference now days are that I regret eating here everytime after the meal is cleaned. The kid-​magic doesn’t work anymore I guess. My stomach will feel heavy and unhealthy the McNuggets should mind as well be called a McF*ckYou instead.
I suggest don’t eat at this well knowned establishment unless 1) you are a kid (in this case I understand) or 2) you get those weird cravings for MickeyD.
