I really wish I had gotten the young ladies name that assisted me on 9÷15÷15 at lunch time. She was the best associate I have dealt with in a while. So sweet. I was searching for something a little bit more on trend than what I normally wear in preparation for parent weekend at my son’s college. This young lady helped me piece together several outfits to try on and she found a scarf that was GA Southern colors too. They have great college gear for GT, UGA and KSU. Their homecoming dresses selection was great too. So glad to have them downtown.

Yep I’m giving it a two. It’s the service that bothers me. If you catch it when the manager is there you will get service. If not, it’s typically the young girls standing behind the cash wrap chatting. Clothes are cute but you can find them elsewhere. I hope they have cameras so that they can see how their employees act when they aren’t there.

I have shopped here a few times, but most recently I went in with 17 year old daughter. We went in to do a little«back to school» shopping after a meeting with my daughters counselor, which was a bit on the emotional side. I guess because we weren’t wearing painted up like a barbie, and our eyes were a little red from the meeting before hand were were not valued clientele. We didn’t receive a greeting, no one asked us if they could help us find anything, and the ladies(one I think was the owner and the other just a young girl) working behind the counter we so chatty and complimenting and joking with the 2 patrons in front while we waiting in line. When they rang us up, NO words we exchanged, with the exception of what my total was, and«I’m stapling a coupon to our sister store Branches to your receipt» What was it that Julia Roberts said in Pretty Woman? I think it was«BIGMISTAKE– HUGE» and I bought the rest of her school clothes at the other boutiques downtown where they aren’t so judgmental. I am a little embarrassed that I bought ANYTHING at all there, but lesson learned, it won’t happen again.
