DO NOT go here. Seriously, ever. I came in with a cracked screen and a fully functional phone. Left with what I thought was my phone with a fixed screen. I had to come back a few days later because the screen was popping off. The guy who «apparently» was the manager couldn’t seem to reattach a white screen to my phone so I had to sit there past their closing time. He ended up having to keep my phone overnight and take it to their supposed «master tech» off the clock the next day. This guy could only attach a black screen to white and gold iPhone 5s. They also took out my fingerprint scanner for some reason. Then the audio stopped working and I couldn’t listen to music or talk on the phone. I took it back again and no one could fix it. They couldn’t put my camera back in my phone either. After over six visits to this store I had to drive to a different store to have another guy look at it. They ended up having to order me a «new» phone. AKA probably some crap refurbished phone. The charger they gave me with the new phones box isn’t even a real charger. It’s not even compatible with iPhones so that was obviously tampered with. It’s so aggravating because every time I visited the store each employee would claim to be the store manager. Customer service doesn’t do anything if you call them. The only person who was ever helpful at this business was Luther. Everyone else was extremely unprofessional. I came in with a fully functioning phone and ended up having to leave with what is obviously an old refurbished phone. I could’ve just dealt with the cracked screen until I had an upgrade available if I would’ve known that I was going to waste so many hours and so much gas traveling to this place to never get any real help. Instead of owning up to their mistakes they all played the blame game repeatedly.

Do not have your phone repaired here!!! Came in with a broken screen on an iphone 6, left the store with a new screen BUT now the finger scanner and voice command doesn’t work. The manager was very unprofessional and unapologetic.
