Their pizza is amazing. Never had and issue and you can’t beat the price $ 5.00. Always fast and sooooo good warm. We love them.

Small take out or delivery place. Dirty, electrical cords everywhere, children back in kitchen, greasy, greasy pizza. Pass on this place

This is a small, take-out only pizzeria. To be competitive, they offer a $ 5 regular size one-topping pizza that is my family’s favorite compared to all others in Woodstock. We had low expectations at first and were blown away at how good it was. We have been driving out of the way to go here and support the very kind and unassuming restaurant operators. The consistent quality is also noticeable. The crust has perfect thinness and texture and leftover slices reheat very well in the oven. Highly recommend this place for takeout. By the way, they’ve also delivered for me at times when I ordered enough. Very accommodating.

This is a small pizzeria that is take out only. There’s no seating inside to eat on site, but just a few seats if you’re waiting to take out pizza. I came here with a certificate that the store accepted and ordered their vegetarian pizza. If you get one of these certificates, you can get a nice discount. I don’t have any complaints about the pizza; the quality was pretty good and the crust was about average, not really thin but also not too thick and soft. The wait time was about what I would expect, around 10 minutes. They sell a few other types of food besides pizzas, but I don’t know if I would try any others. I noted that they had an food inspection score posted of 87. The interior of the store itself seems a little unkempt. There seems to be a lot of pizza places around the neighborhood. Although I enjoyed my pizza that I got here and don’t have any complaints, I don’t see much to distinguish the pizza here. I think I liked the pizza a little better than Papa John’s, but not so much as Rosa’s Pizza.

Not great but not horrible. I would eat it again. More like a ground rule double than a Grand Slam.

Great prices for pizza not super fancy but great for having a night off of cooking! We usually do carry out. They are very quick and very friendly service!

I am big on customer service and when I called this restaurant up to place an order I was beyond digusted! The lady that said she was the owner answers the phone andisaid can you hold and placed the call on hold without me agreeing. I then hung up and called back and she did not say anything when she answered the phone the second time she just put the call on hold. I calld back and finally got to speak to her cause I wanted to know who does potential paying customers that way. Needless, to say I will NEVER order from this franchise! I’ll rather give my money to a business that can appreciate and respect their customers.

Not a bad deal for the money. Sometimes my pizza looked like it was a leftover from the previous day.

Average pizza for a fair price. We decided to order from here since they were on Scoutmob. We tried the pepperoni and the old world pizza. The pepperoni was a lot better than the old world. The old world has no sauce which is fine — we have had many pizzas without sauce that were delicious — but this particular one didn’t have enough flavor in the toppings to make it great. The tomato were sparse, there was no chopped garlic on it as it was described on the menu and the cheese was just kind of eh. The pepperoni was good especially for the $ 5 price. It had a lot more flavor and even my husband liked it and he typically isn’t a pepperoni fan… so that’s a win in my book. I’m sure that we will order from Grand Slam in the future because of its convenience and price but if I have a really strong pizza craving I’d probably go somewhere else to satisfy it. This would be a great place to order pizza for a kids party — you can get a lot of decent pizza on a budget — and to kids pizza is pizza!

Friendly people run this place. That really stands out to me. The pizza itself(5 dollar pepperoni) is very very good. It’s thin and has a New York feel as somebody else said. Only tiny put off was that there was excessive grease. This is easily remedied. I will be back to try their other selections. This place really sticks it to that«other» 5 dollar pizza place. :)

I’ve been here twice and each time I’ve been really happy with the product. Truthfully the owner could charge more for the pizzas, but who am I to complain? They are not all pepperoni I believe you can tell them what you want and they’ll make it. The crust is good, the sauce isn’t too sweet or too bland. Were a family of five and we were to walk away under $ 15 and that’s hard to do.

I’ve seen the teenagers walking up and down Hwy 92 with placards advertising $ 5 pepperoni pizza, but I never felt compelled to stop in and pick some up. That is, until I was helping out a friend who asked me to pick up some pizzas from there for her and her boys. The store is just a pizza pick-up, there’s no seating. The $ 5 pepperoni pizzas are made in advance and stocked in a warmer. I was fortunate to be the third person in line and was able to get pizzas fresh from the oven. And I waited maybe five minutes for them. From another lady that was waiting and a customer after me that walked in, it sounded like the wait for any type of pizza was around 7 to 10 minutes. The surprising thing was that the pizza was really good! I liked it better than any chain(except Pizza Hut), and it kinda had a New York style quality to it. And the best thing about it was that we fed a family of four for $ 10.35. Um, yes, please!
