They wouldn’t deliver to 1.2 miles away as it wasn’t «in their area». Like a bicycle could deliver it as quickly as a car. Ridiculous

I never liked the taste of Subway. But these sandwiches are amazing and bigger for less money. Big fan!

I don’t know why people like Jimmy John’s. They were definitely fast. But that’s about all I can say about them.
The bread was almost plastic-​y (is that even a word?), the food was only average quality (at best) and the staff was too worried about talking to each other than helping me.
Spend your money somewhere else.

While the sandwich was good… I have two complaints.
I asked twice for my sandwich to be cut I half. Once when I ordered. And once before I left to double check. Got home. Uncut. Silly little detail, yes. But why lie to me.
Second, two steps into the door, I step on a plum size ball of raw dough on the floor… uh…gross. Teenagers running this place need to get their shit together.

The Beau and I eat JJ all of the time! We love how fast & friendly the service is. There is one employee, I think his name is name is Andy… this guy is always there with a smile and he has crazy fast assembling skills!!! Thanks for the amazing service, every time!

Went through the drive thru and got greeted by a nice guy. I wanted a sandwich with ham cheese and avocado. So hey i see the slim which is simply ham and cheese. I ordered it and said can i add avocado to that. A lady interrupted me immediately and said no. You cant add anything to it. Thats why its a dollar cheaper. I was surprised by her rude remark. I could care less about the price i simply wanted a sub with ham cheese and avocado… once i went to the window the gentleman was nice and everything was good including the sandwich. Idk who the noisy girl was who was having a bad day but im glad the gentleman who served me was nice. Id say kick that nosy girl to the curb or at least take her headset away so she cant bother customers.

This is honestly as good as a cold sub can get. I love this place! The Roast Beef and Italian are my favorite! If you’re in a hurry, this is the spot!

This jimmy johns has terrible staff. While I was eating lunch a staff member held a piece of un-​baked dough to his penis trying to show off dangling it around to his other staff members as they videoed him on their phones. Sooo bad! Don’t go to this location even if you like jimmy johns!

Jimmy Johns has COMPLETELY won me back as a customer. The owner, Gregg is a class act and went out of his way to hear me out and make things right. There are too few people out there like Gregg. Please, go and support this worthy business!

5 minute delivery radius INCLUDES 1.5 miles away, but the «manager» won’t allow it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! I have never been more disgusted with the way I was treated when placing an order for delivery to an address that has had numerous deliveries to the SAME address previously! As a former employee of Jimmy John’s, I am embarrassed to be associated with this company!

Roast beef sandwich, beef cheese and bread. That’s it. What a surprise when I got home

I would eat here every day if I could. The food is great and ‘freaky’ fast. Also a great price!

The subs are good but not fantastic. Always wish they had a selection of hot or pressed sandwiches. I would probably opt for a publix cold sub over these. Otherwise, firehouse has these guys beat with their hot sub selection.

Took a few minutes to be waited on and I was only customer. I wanted a rare roast beef sandwich. The roast beef had that greenish sheen to it and there was hardly any meat on sandwich, couple of slices. They don’t offer pickles so I paid $ 1 for a whole pickle. Didn’t really work. Also they don’t have salt and pepper! What? Only oregano. As someone else mentioned loud annoying music. Better fresher cheaper subs at Publix. They should work on acknowledging customers when they walk in.

This company does not offer hot subs.
But I was in the mood for a cold sub, so it worked out.
It tasted fresh, but I was not impressed with the selection of bread or the limited toppings. To top it off, the staff had the music BLAZING! I had to yell to place my order & they had to yell to answer my questions. This was NOT a positive experience! I won’t go back.

Fast delivery and good sandwiches. I wished they offered coupons occasionally.

Fast, friendly and excellent! They deliver to my office which is a plus! The midnight Italian with hot peppers is amazing!

I had never been to a Jimmy John’s but I’m a fan of their quirky radio commercials and my son swears by them so I gave them a try. I had the J. J. Gargantuan and quality-​wise, my sandwich was excellent. Tons of meat and cheese (Boar’s Head) and a nice helping of vegetables that didn’t overshadow the meat. I’m not sure what they do to their rolls, but they hollow them out somewhat which makes the sandwich much easier to handle since it’s not so fat. I’m a big guy and can usually eat any sandwich with no problem, but this thing was seriously too big for me to eat at one sitting. The only drawback is price. Admittedly, my sandwich was too big for one meal, but it was over $ 8. That said, I will definitely visit again.
