Kroger

One of the best Krogers I think I’ve ever seen. Everything in here is so clean and nice feeling. They have an incredible deli, produce, meat section, etc. There are so many good food options that are ready for you to take or ask for assistance from a worker behind the counter. They also have a whole section for different nuts where you can make your own bag. The natural/​organic section has a lot to offer. I purposely will make a trip to this Kroger any chance I get to avoid going to the Kroger over by where I live since it’s no where near as nice and much older than this one. Download the Kroger app and get digital coupons loaded to your Kroger card. Also, make sure to do receipt surveys to gain 50bonus fuel points on your card. Such an enjoyable experience shopping here. They also have great cookie cakes. Staff is always super friendly and self checkout usually helps make checkout quick and efficient. Look for deals on 4xs fuel points on select gift cards and stock up on the places you frequently go and then save money on gas!

HUGE Kroger fan! And, If I do say so myself, we have one of the nicest Krogers in the Metro Area.
People are fantastic and ready to help. I have been going here for 11 years and I have not once had a bad customer service experience.
First of all, if you need prescriptions, this is the place to go. The Pharm staff is always so nice and accommodating. I once had an issue with my son’s insurance and they worked with me wonderfully. They have generic $ 4.00 scripts and offer double gas points on prescription orders. SCORE!
They have an organic section that is quite large! Like fresh peanut butter? They have you covered.
If you don’t want to wait in line for your lunch meat, no worries! Order them at the Kiosk and they will have them ready for you when your shopping is done! The computer is super easy to use.
I always purchase my chicken here due to their great prices. You can usually get chicken breast for $ 1.99 pp.
My FAV little spot is the clearance section located to the right of the Pharmacy. You can find some great little deals there.
Oh Wait, my other FAV is the wine section! It’s really good people! They also have some great prices on top selling wine :-)

This place would be great except for the fact that they have no butcher counter set up. Forces me to go to Publix when I need meat because the stuff they package for sale just doesn’t cut it. I like I good sized steak and just can never get one here. Prices are better than publix so they have that going for them and the gas discounts are great.

My main complaint is the produce section. More often than not they are out of what I am looking for, but if they do happen to have it by some chance, it was either picked to earlier and it has to ripen in my kitchen for a few days, or it’s on it’s way out and bits are rotten. I’ve come home with a head of garlic opened I up and it was full of mold. Same thing with the packages of cherry/​grape tomatoes. I’ve picked through the onion bin to find one without mold or that was touching mold. I accidentally grabbed an organic potato once… $ 1.68 later… I get home and half the potato is black in the center. I tried to call and complain a couple days ago and customer service rep that picked up told me the produce manager was off and that I would have to talk to him bc she couldn’t help me. Thanks for nothing I’ll spend my money at your competitor

Store itself is really nice and finally laid out well after the remodel. Problem I have is at the gas pumps. Stopped in the other day, and was swarmed by a group trying to sell me some wax for my truck. They were very annoying and wouldn’t take «NO» for an answer. Cheap gas isn’t worth the aggravation of fighting off beggars.

One of the nicest Kroger’s I’ve been in! I can only compare it to the grocery stores I’ve shopped in the areas I’ve lived down here. Much more affordable than Whole Foods. Service is not as good as the Publix in the East Cobb area, but same amount of updates and a much larger selection of organic and all natural products. Service is much better than other Kroger’s I’ve been to though. All in all a pleasant experience most of the time. I always like ringing up all my items and scanning my card last to see how much comes off my bill!

Cleanliness is not a priority either, some poor baby did the up chuck dance — thank goodness the pharmacy is open and friendly as I will need antibiotics fr the millions of germs.
On a good note the cashiers and meat dept are very friendly and added to my experience.

Cashier named Brenda told my husband to shut up, when he asked for a manager she took the cashiers side… Needless to say we don’t shop at Kroger anymore!

This is the local kroger. They keep everything stocked well, great produce, and its clean.

What happen to my neighborhood Kroger?
Ever since Kroger’s remodel, I hate shopping there. The isles are so narrow and then they put those stupid display racks in the middle of those narrow isles. If two people with buggies come down the same isle, one has to yield to the other before proceeding down the isles — are you serious guys?
The only improvement recently is the hiring, for a while there they were hiring some, how should I say it, interesting people.
This Kroger has a long why to go before regaining my business; good old Publix here I come.

This is a really nice Kroger, it’s one of the more upscale Kroger’s that I have ever been in as a matter of fact. They have a real nice deli area with all kinds of gourmet foods, salad bar, etc so you can run in and grab something quick if you don’t feel like cooking. They also have a Starbucks. We were doing some shopping in here last week and we even saw some recliners for sale, LOL… never seen that in a Kroger before. If you want to shop somewhere that looks nice, this is the place although I don’t think their prices are as competitive as some places though.
