I would give them zero. they are so slow. Milkshake machine never works. Takes 20MINUTES to make a HOT CHOCOLATE…

I disagree with all the negative reviews! I only go here for breakfast. The egg white delights are actually pretty healthy as far as breakfast sandwiches go. Anyways. Their morning crew is fantastic. I can’t say enough about the quality of service I receive. The young man at the first window always gets my order right and is cheerful at 6:45 Am! He always wishes you a blessed day. Really starts your day off right. I have yet to have a bad experience here. Try them for breakfast!

This location has the worst drive-​thru service in the area. One of the intercoms does not work properly half the time so you have to yell into it to get someone’s attention. In the mornings, the drive-​thru is very crowded and the Towne Lake crowd habitually can’t seem to understand how a drive-​thru works. Picture this: there is only one intercom working correctly; Towne Lakers don’t pull up to the car in front of them so there are large gaps between cars causing delays in ordering. Then fights break out because drivers are too stupid to figure out there are two lines. Every time I go through this drive-​thru I end up frustrated, but it is the only location in my area. I don’t know which is worst, the poor service or lame Towne Lakers.

Terrible McDonald’s. Parking lot is horrible. Not enough seating and trash all over floor and tables

Screws up simple orders. Terrible service. Waste of money!!!

The worst McDonald’s I ever experienced
I hope this gets to the owners and the respond.
Food was cold and not up to any standard.
The staff was non caring
The mgr were not present.
This has happened before and I hope I never go back.
Who owns this?

Still lots of room for improvement!!! Still slow and always screw up my orders.
