NY Style Deli and Pizza by Mansi

Came in for lunch after reading the reviews. It is an excellent representation on a NY style deli. Pizza was awesome with a great flavored dough. I will definitely be back to try the sandwiches. Highly recommend if you are looking for something low key and good.

So this place was on my radar but missed coming for a year or so but now that I have tried it I will be back for sure.
The pizza is average, but the sandwiches are way more then average, would even go amazing! The tip of the day would be drink water and eat it there. With a soda price for lunch is kinda steep, but certainly worth every nickel for the fresh sandwich!
Did try to get a couple of sandwiches to go and brought them home, but they just weren’t the same!

New family favorite NY style pizza. Wife is a pizza snob from NY and she loves Mansi’s. The 2 for 1 pies + 2 liter for $ 21 is the deal best pizza deal around.

I will never go again. The sandwich and toppings were awful. The bread wasn’t good at all. The sandwich was small considering the price.

Yummy pizza! Staff was very nice. Dining area is small. My friend said her soup was very good. Overall, I will be back. I really enjoyed the fact they have pizza by the slice for my picky eater.

POTATO SALAD! It may just be an accompaniment, but good potato salad is hard to find and this deli/​pizza shop has it — in spades. My wife would come here just to make a meal of the potato salad. :)
We’ve lived in Kennesaw for ten years since being exiled (oops … «transferred») from NYC and we’ve spent a good part of that time trying to find a NY deli. Since Capozzi’s closed, we’ve been bereft.
This is the closest we’ve come since then. It’s not perfect — see below — but it’s damn close. The sandwiches are stacked high with top-​quality meats served on fresh breads and rolls, with a nice slice of dill pickle on the side.
Several small cavils deprive Mansi of that fifth star.
1. The only potato chips available are «kettle chips.» You’re a New York deli. Get WISE potato chips. They are available at retail around here, so I presume they are available at wholesale as well.
2. Similarly, offer Dr. Brown’s sodas (or, heaven be praised, Manhattan Special!) as an upsell from the ubiquitous fountain dreck.
3. Finally, your «iced» tea is presented at room temperature. I suspect that this is a health code violation and it should be, if it isn’t.
Next review — the pizza side of things …

As a former New Yorker, I’m always surprised to find an authentic slice outside the five boroughs. These guys are the real deal. If you’ve lived in NYC or just visited, they’re pizza is just as good as what you’d get there.

It’s great knowing that there’s a good non-​chain pizza joint close by. I’ve had the cheesesteak and the meatball sub. The cheesesteak was good, and the meatball sub was killer! The basic roni pizza is pretty good as well. I think I’ve found my go to spot for a pizza fix. I’m looking forward to trying out one of the specialty pies.

By far my favorite pizza in this area. The owner is so nice as well! Prices are amazing/​my family of 3 ate for $ 14! This will be a place we start coming weekly. It’s not just pizza they have soup, salad, and sandwiches. I had the cheese pizza which was amazing and shrimp corn soup which was equally amazing! Can’t wait to come back!

This place is great reminds me of Brooklyn Pizza you can fold it in half and eat it like a New Yorker. Management is amazing they’re always busy and I’m thankful that we actually have a good pizza place in Woodstock now.

This place is amazing! The perfect foldable slice with the right ratio of cheese and sauce. What makes it even better is the friendly service we received both on the phone and delivery. We just moved to the area and are so excited to have a place we know we will great pizza!

We have had the pizza, sandwiches, soup and Stromboli! Just tried the shrimp and roasted corn soup and it is heavenly! It’s gotta a delightful kick of heat too!
I also love the Stromboli! Its like a pizza folded in half and the dough is very fresh! We have had the steak n cheese and the veggie ones Both super yummy!
The sauce (‘gravy’ if your from my hometown) is excellent! Not too sweet and great tomato flavor.
I also like the ‘white pizza’ without the tomato sauce.
I have yet to have a bad bite of food here Bravo!

Best gem in woodstock! Closest thing to NY food around in addition to being reasonably priced! Literally cant stop eating here

Great New York style pizza, especially if you are looking for a pizza on the lighter side. A large is actually a large, unlike many other places. Slices large enough to fold if you want the full NY pizza experience.
I asked if they have bread sticks or any sides, but they stick with what they know best.
We also ordered cannolis. They use a thicker, sweet filling which was very good. Other bakeries I have ordered from use a shell that gets soggy quickly; their shells are hard and crunchy, even after a day in the fridge.
In the area from out of state and tried three pizza places; this was my favorite.

The menu consists of pizza, subs (hot and cold) and salads. We were just stopping in for a quick late afternoon bite so we decided to split a chicken parm sandwich to go.
While waiting for our order we were able to speak with the owner who was very friendly! The only reason why I didn’t give this place a 5 star review is because it was super hot inside the restaurant. My husband said that typically NY pizza joints don’t have the air on. Well, I don’t care what state you’re in the air needs to be on!
The chicken parm was really good! Not too much sauce and a good amount of cheese. The roll was really fresh and was toasted just right.
This Yankee will be back!

Great alternative to the same old in Woodstock. Me and my husband have been twice and sandwhiches are awesome. Good quality of meats and toppings. Fair pricing. Owners are friendly and accommodating. A must try. You will be back.
