The sample of the paint that was provided did not match the sample given on the companies website, was darker and had much more of a gold tint. This was a sample that I had to pay for just to see if I liked their product before I spent easily over $ 1000 in elastomeric stucco paint and premium trim paint. When the employee mixed 3 additional samples he attempted to charge me approximately $ 15 additional dollars for the samples. When I stated that I didn’t think I should be charged given the initial sample wasn’t close to being accurate, he began arguing with me telling me that I was wrong and ended in a sarcastic «thanks for not picking up the paint.» Not only will I not visit the store again, but I’m instructing my painters to go with another company altogether.
