I can’t stress enough — do not use them! Every single interaction with them was terrible! They do not maintain properties as they are contracted to. When a concern is brought to their attention not only do they not take care of it they actually try to blame the residents of their properties. And to top it off they charge you for work that you did not authorize. Having no property management company is better than them!
