Ordered three customized baby shirts 10 days ago. Still says my order is «in production» with no estimated shipping or delivery date. Contacted customer service 4 days ago to ask for an estimated completion or delivery date, and still have not heard anything in response. I will be asking my credit card to reverse the charge if I do not hear back by tomorrow because I’m pretty sure this website is a scam at this point.

Awesome company! I paid for standard shipping then asked them if they could deliver earlier so I can get my gift to the family on time. They totally accommodated my request and the product was perfect, just as it was pictured online. I will defiantly be using them again!

Online ordering; one of the best experiences I’ve had… they really put the «service» in customer service. I ordered a few shirts & a couple of bags for an upcoming Alzheimer’s walk for our team. They called me to make sure I understood how the colors would come out & make sure I would be ok with how it would look. I received everything & it all looks great! I would recommend using them; you can customize your t-shirts…etc…great website & lots of choices.
