I placed an order online and almost 4 hours later they still have not delivered it. I have placed a few calls inquiring as to why and they said every time that it was out for delivery and it still has not arrived.

I would not go here again if you paid me.
Placed order online. Gave them an hour. We got here. They put the order in after we go there.
Been here a half hr. Still no pizza.
Go to Wadsworth or medina.

With a remade menu and pitchers of inexpensive beer we really want to love this place. However, we don’t really understand why they have multiple tvs tuned to fox news and bowling. It also seemed to take a really long time to get our two pizzas. That being said, both the pepperoni lovers and skinny beach pizzas were great. No Sunday beer sales.

Oh what a slow service. Expect to be here at least 1.5hr if you are dinning. I came here because town is pretty much shut down on Sundays and no good restaurant is open. Pizza tastes like pizza hut. So nothing more to be expected. The ladies that work there and their slow service really got on my nerves.

I watched this pizza hut being built. Literally.
My mom used to bring me to the parking lot so I could watch. We’d take lunches, it was actually a lot of fun since I was really little.
Pizza hut was also my first pizza. I came to love the doughyness of this stuff. Ta hell with da hataz, da hut is tiiiiieeeeeeeeeght [is that how you spell it? are the kids still saying that? tight?]
Anyway, the people here have always been super nice, the service has been prompt and polite, the place has been clean, and the pizza is always as I remember.
Pizza hut, I heart you.

We had a group of 10 on a Sat. afternoon…
We were served and accomodated promptly. Service was friendly. Food was hot and yummy.
Hungry kids who wanted some good pizza. = Pizza Hut = Happy coaches.

pizza hut! it’s shocking that this institution is still around, but perhaps not so shocking when you know how unimpressive the competition in rural ohio is.
and guess what? this pizza hut just as mediocre as every other pizza hut you’ve ever been to; no more, no less. the kindest words i have to say is that for a multinational pizza chain, you could do worse.
