Worst staff here. Seems aloof to helping customers. We drop off packages here from time to time and they could care less. Won’t even hold the door open for you when you are struggling with carrying a box. Go to Buehlers UPS store for friendly service.

Terrible customer service. do NOT go there if you need a notary. you will be treated like crap. I went there to get something notarized I even emailed and complained and received yet another arrogant and RUDE response about ~ how long they have been in business and how I was a «threat» to her customers (yes her customers was I not one?) (maybe it is because I handed her my drivers license and concealed carry permit???) because I remained very calm until she started waving her hand over my document as if she just wanted it off of HER counter. I did not raise my voice just left and said this is ridiculouse. She outright refused to even speak to the folks 2 hours away that needed the form notarized and faxed as the only thing holding up progress was my signature on a document and a notary! I have NEVER been denied a notary in the past for anything I needed notarized. even if it were for a simple agreement between myself and someone else. Here in Marysville I went to get my Drivers license changed and there were THREE notaries and they were HAPPY to help the people walking in needing one. I would not recommend Post Net Wooster to anyone. Not once did she even TRY to be polite or rectify or remedy how I felt or was treated. Just informed me just how in charge she was and how qualified she was as a notary. TERRIBLE and crappy experience…

I wanted something notarized and got a lecture about how the individual was NOT going to do it because it was on a plain piece of paper and that was against the rules. I did not need a lecture as if if was asking her to do something illegal. I just needed to know what I was required to do. What an attitude! Also, it was going to cost $ 16 to mail back a pair of ill fitting shoes that cost $ 90. What a crappy experience.
