I had a great time at this location. Jordan was very helpful and helped me set up everything with my new phone. He helped me out with choosing the best options for me and had a lot of knowledge on the phones and plans. He is great! As an out of state customer I won’t be back often, but once I am back in the area visiting I would gladly come back. :)

Great phone service and great prices (a bit miffed they got rid of NE2 and contracts with cheaper pricing, in the favor of paying off the device over 2 years, I cannot keep a phone that long, lol), but that’s not the stores fault and I’m not going to dock the review because of that.
I have been pleased by great service (at one point they had coffee in their store while waiting) and courteous employees that actually care about the customer. You don’t see that this day and age, and it genuinely makes me happy that they know what they are doing!
