Came from out of state for some very common Nissan transmission issues going on an online Nissan forum recommendation while gathering information on the problem. Not only was I pleased with the result, it goes a long way to know a shop didn’t «go for the home run» when it comes to repairs. They fixed what needed to be fixed, stood behind the work on a minor issue, and just didn’t gouge(where most did, when gathering quotes). Certainly showed the dealer in my area is bordering on frauds… Mark & Co are a rarity in the times. Not limited to transmission work, so give these guys a go.

Awesome shop with great prices. Had my Taurus towed in, and picked it up a few days later with a replacement tranny and it runs like a freakin top! Good price, good work, and nice people. Couldn’t ask for anything more

I’ve been taking my car to Mark at ACME since 2007. If I have a problem, I can drop my car off to have it looked at. Mark and his crew are great. Mark talks to me first before any work is done. He’s very knowledgeable of what needs to be done, can be done and what can wait. Giving me options, and being honest, is very worthwhile to me, when a repair is needed. I’ve had multiple maintenance jobs, and repairs, done here. I’ve never been disappointed in the work. Mark has also gone above and beyond to keep me, as a valued customer. Recently, I found myself stranded in another state. I gave Mark a call and he talked me through the symptoms and possible options I could follow in order to get back home safely. Once I got back home, he took my car right away to give it the ‘once over’ to make sure my car remained safe to drive. Who else does that? I will continue to go to ACME. Nothing better than having a reliable mechanic and crew to keep me going. Thanks guys!!!

Stay away from ACMETRANSMISSION, they had my car for over 2 weeks for a simple transmission job which takes 3 to 5 days, the owner Mark stroked us around rather than telling me when I called they were backed up and it would take 3 weeks. Not good business at all… I am very upset.

Talk about awesome customer service. I stopped by because I was having problems with one of my headlights. I had already changed the bulb yet still nothing. I dropped it off and took the little one to the Subway across the parking lot. Before we had finished ordering, they not only fixed the problem, a blown fuse(duh), they had brought the car to us. Just one of the reasons I will continue to come here.
