Dont bother with the car tech people here. They’re rude and useless as f*k. I tried to get him to look at my car to see what I need to buy and the guy wouldn’t do it so I went somewhere else.

This place is AWEFUL!!! avoid at all costs.
it should be called WORST BUY.
Do yourself a favor and avoid placing a on-​line order to pick up in the store.
THEY LIE!!!
They tell you that they have things available in the store on the web site that they do not have.
Even worse, if you order multiple items, they send you an e-​mail telling you that they are ready before they even are. It’s a totally bad experience, don’t do it. It’s no wonder that that they are about to go out of business. To boot, I was there so I figured I would pick up a USB cable, it was $ 25 which seemed high, I checked on Amazon with my phone and the SAME EXACT cable was $ 6. Best Buy is a SCAM!!. You have been warned.

Disgusting! Disgusting! Disgusting!, Greendale Mall, Worc, Ma and Marlboro, Ma. I waited on and off the phone for 4 hours, each wait time was 45 min, not one person picked up and the prompt kept telling me there was one call a head of me and that was at Greendale, at the Marlboro store, the man that picked up didn’t even say best buy, all he said was, please hold and never came back to the phone. I have been trying to check on an order to see if it came in. This is not the first time being dissatisfied with this store and I would not have purchased an I Pad there but it was a gift and there was no choice. Never again will I go back to buy anything at these stores.

We purchased three appliances a couple of weeks ago and got a good price at Best Buy. We just had a delivery problem because the fridge did not fit in the door. The guys did not want to wait for us to take the doors off the hinge, so they left with the fridge… but it was not Best Buys problem. I contacted the manager of the store Greg who stepped in to resolve this issue and was extremely helpful and professional. He worked really hard to this fridge as the delivery department was booked for the times we wanted.
At the end he ensured the fridge was delivered to us first thing in the morning and the overall experience was to our satisfaction. For this reason I give 5 STARS. Thank you Greg for all your efforts, we really appreciate it.

Honestly, the first person I spoke to over the phone did not suffice. yet Alex the store manager came to the total RESCUE! And I love that Best Buy is one store that PRICE MATCHES! So I can save a bit above $ 20 on my printer ink and this store is much closer to me than other stores. Alex really and truly made my day! If you ever don’t like what you hear just ask for the manager and it is their job you see yet Alex was extremely nice to me and very understanding as well. He deserves a raise!

I like this best buy its really not bad. People are friendly. The location is kind of weird to me but thats it. Things are in stock!

DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH IF YOU NEED HELP FROM GEEK SQUAD! They are absolutely horrible, as is their mobile department. I have never had a group of employees be so rude and disrespectful. If it were possible to give a 0 or negative rating, I would.
They gave me a replacement phone that didn’t work and then when I finally got my phone back 2 weeks later they hadn’t even fixed the problem! I waited 3 hours to get that replacement phone while they talked to each other about their lives and blatantly ignored me. Absolutely ridiculous.

LOVE BEST BUY… easy to find and where and when I needed it

I used to love Best Buy. They had all the newest and greatest techie toys but lately they have been in decline and their stores are shrinking. Their selections are not what they used to be and their prices are and always have been higher but used to be worth it for the convenience. Problem today is they carry such low stock to keep costs down that they are often out of the things I go looking for or they are On-​line Only items. Why list them on your site if you don’t carry them or at the very least allow you to have them shipped to the store easily. I am not a fan of having packages left at my door and when possible prefer to pick them up at a store. They do offer this but both of my last attempts my item couldn’t be shipped to the store and I am still not sure why.

This Best Buy is AOK for service, AOK for Selection, and AOK for parking. They support what they sell, and have a nice loyalty reward program.
The only minus is the prices in Best Buys (in general) seem to be about 20% above everyone else, but perhaps you’re paying for the convince of having all the nice gadgets in one place for you to get em :)
