Staff is extremely rude here, especially Dana. I’ll tell my story: I went to a wedding in May 2015 and got the suit from Bonardis. Not a terrible experience then, the only problem was they never called when my suit was ready. Groom had to call me in a panic because Bonardis only called him and no one else in the party. Fast forward two weeks after that wedding, I need to get another suit for a new wedding. I call and speak to Gina — she tells me to bring in the suit from wedding #1 and they will use the measurements and alterations to order new suit for wedding #2. She says it will save me a trip where I don’t need to come back for the tailoring. PLUS she says while they hold onto my first suit, they will dry clean it free of charge. Great! A week later I come into Bonardis with my old suit and tell the Dana what Gina told me. Dana said they couldn’t use the old suit for alterations, only initial measurements. It makes sense but annoyed I was told differently. And no free dry cleaning as promised. When I explained my frustration, she was very rude and finally threw in the free dry cleaning but not without making me feel small(«dry cleanings are never free. We never do this») I was simply following orders from an employee, and they took it out on me. Now I’m taking it out on Unilocal.Cheers

We had no idea what to pick and found the bonardis representatives very helpful. They gave us great advice and the tuxes we picked were very classy. None of the groomsmen had any issues wih the measurements or picking up/dropping off the tuxes. We have had many friends use this place and we would recommend it to others. Smooth sailing here

Adequate at best. I met a representative at a bridal expo, and was told that if we had for additional orders, my husband’s tuxedo rental would be free. It wasn’t. Apparently, if you don’t order all for at the same time it changes things. Wish I had known. Also, when our groomsmen went to pick up their tuxedos, one had a shirt that didn’t fit, one had cuffs that didn’t fit. My father had the wrong vest and half of the group received the wrong size shoes. Not to mention, they cancelled my father in laws appointment because they got it in their head that my father and father in law were the same order. I realize irs prom season, but come on. The only saving grace was that my father in law needed special accommodation to be fitted off-site, and they did it. That was nice.

I was informed on the morning of my nephew’s afternoon wedding that the affair would be black-tie. Searching for an emergency rental tux, I phoned several formal wear stores and their reaction was typically disbelief or laughter. I was about to give up before I phoned Bonardi’s. Lori informed me that I could drive to their Worcester location and get fitted within 20 minutes. True to her word, I had the whole tuxedo, including cufflinks in 20 minutes. Lori treated me in a respectful and efficient manner. The tux fit perfectly and looked great. I received a number of compliments. So thank you, Lori, and I recommend Bonardi’s to anyone needing a tuxedo.
